Public debate on the Draft Law on Inspection Oversight

The public debate on the Draft Law on amendments to the Law on Inspection Oversight is open until 17 October 2018. Based upon NALED's recommendations, the Draft Law stipulates further improvement of the inspections' efficiency and easing the burden to responsible businesses in terms of expenses imposed by excessive controls. 

Suggestions, proposals and comments to the Draft Law can be submitted to NALED by Friday, 12 October at policy@naled.rs

Within the public debate, NALED and the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government will organize a round table in the upcoming period, presenting the Draft Law on amendments to the Law on Inspection Oversight. 

NALED has also prepared a presentation on the key novelties and changes in the Law on Inspection Oversight.
