Introduction of AgroLife Software

The project aims to establish better municipal land management by presenting the challenges, requirements and better practices in this field. The pilot project will include selected municipalities from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro which will establish or improve their land management systems with the support of AgroLIFE digital software solution. Several Serbian municipalities that already use Telegroup’s AgroLIFE software will further develop their digital land management by including weather stations, which will enable better and more sustainable planning of agricultural production, while the municipalities in Montenegro and BiH will introduce the AgroLIFE software for the first time.  

Goals and activities
The project is fostering improvement and better transparency of municipal services for farmers and businesses, while raising awareness on the local and regional level about digital land management, spreading best practices and encouraging digital transformation in agricultural sector in the region.  The accompanying dialogue with relevant institutions will ensure that this improvement contributes to better monitoring and application of existing regulations on sustainable land use.

  • Selection of 10 local governments (5 Serbia, 3 BiH and 2 Montenegro) and software installation
  • Support to LGs for system piloting and capacity building for digital land management
