A meeting of the expert group for suppression of grey economy was held

A meeting of the Expert group for the suppression of the grey economy was held at the Palace of Serbia, dedicated to working on the proposal of the Programme for suppression of the grey economy 2022-2025 and the corresponding action plan 2022-2023.

The program's proposal passed a public hearing in February 2022. In 2013, opinions were collected from competent institutions from the Government of the Republic of Serbia during April. Over the summer, the expert group will continue to work on finalizing the Programme proposal and action plan, so that both documents are ready to be sent to the new RS government for adoption.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government, Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Economy, Tax Administration, National Bank of Serbia, Customs Administration, Republic Secretariat for Public Policy, Republic Statistical Office, Fiscal Council, APR, Labour Inspectorate and Alliance for Fair Competition and NALED.

This is the sixth meeting of the Expert group since work began on the new grey economy suppression programme. In the previous period, two two-day workshops of the Expert group were held, so that all institutions involved in implementing the Programme would be involved in defining measures and activities in order to best implement them.
