Final strategic planning workshop held for members of the Executive Office

In the authentic ambience of the Kabinet brewery on Kosmaj, through interactive contents and informal socializing, an all-day final workshop of strategic planning was organized under the name "NALED’s Strategic plan for all". Employees from the Executive Office had the opportunity to get acquainted with the reform priorities until 2025 in an educational and interesting way. The strategic planning process and the final workshop were facilitated by Sonja Stojanović Gajić, who assisted the organization in drafting the previous strategic plan for the period 2018-2021.

The idea was to bring the scope of work of the organization closer to the new employees, to better understand the regional perspective of NALED's activities and future priorities and goals through play and competition. Special attention was drawn to educational workshops during which department directors and heads of units answered participants' questions about program and organizational goals, novelties compared to the previous period, focus of future activities and details of the work of their sectors.

The new strategic plan 2022-2025 was adopted and presented to the public at the final session of the XVI NALED Assembly, after 74% of goals and 88% of expected results were fully or partially achieved in the previous four-year period, and on average, 92% of all planned activities. The three key reform priorities of the elected members that NALED will focus on in the future are supporting the implementation of the green agenda, improving the conditions for investment and construction, and improving the quality of regulation. Other, no less important priorities are, among others, further development of eGovernment, eBusiness, improvement of public finances, countering of shadow economy, support to the local economy.

The gathering on Kosmaj was also an opportunity to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the work of Ivan Radak, Head of the Public Relations Unit, and Jovana Ćirić, Marketing Manager, who together with ten other full-time employees of NALED have been contributing to reform and better business environment for more than a decade.
