NALED obtains ISO certificates 9001 and 27001

In March 2020 NALED obtained a certificate of compliance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, thus confirming the organization's commitment to continuous improvement of business procedures and responsible approach to business operations.

The fulfillment of ISO 9001 standard confirmed a high level of professionalism and quality management in NALED, with a clearly defined organizational structure, responsibilities of individuals within the organization, processes and resources needed for business management.

By introducing of ISO 27001 as international standard referring to information safety and protection, the organization has upgraded the existing information management systems with the aim of maintaining responsible and high-quality communication within the organization and with its members, partners and the general public, while complying with all national and international guidelines for data protection.  

Recognizing the significance of international certification and global harmonization of business practices, NALED will maintain its commitment towards continuous improvement of its activities.
