Open call for business associations and civil society organizations

NALED and National Public Policy Secretariat, with the support of USAID, invite civil society organizations and business associations to apply for participation in the Public Private Dialogue Project, with the aim of acquiring new knowledge and strengthening their skills for planning and advocacy of regulatory reforms.

The aim is to support smaller organizations in presenting their ideas for improving the business environment to the public and line institutions, and working together with decision-makers in national and local institutions on defining and implementing policy initiatives.

The representatives of selected organizations will undergo training (for negotiation, lobbying, facilitation, moderation, drafting amendments to legislation etc.), participate in study tours in Europe and USA, attend media training and receive expert support in developing analyses and drafting legal acts.

Link for applying for the open call can be found HERE. The deadline for submitting applications is Monday, 18 March 2019 by 14:00h.

For all additional information, you may contact NALED at the e-mail a.sekulovic@naled.rs.

During 2018, the Public Private Dialogue Project has involved Association for the Development of Entrepreneurship from Niš, Agro Cluster of Serbia and the Beekeeping Association of Serbia, while their ideas for reforming the lump-sum taxation system, improving the conditions for organic farming and preventing bee poisoning, have been nominated for the Government's reform agenda.
