NALED members may nominate recommendations for the 11^th annual edition of the Grey Book of regulations, by filling in and submitting the enclosed form at the e-mail policy@naled.rs, by Thursday, 15 November 2018.

The Grey Book includes 100 most significant recommendations made by businesses, local governments and civil society organizations for removing the administrative obstacles to doing business in Serbia, and it is one of the key documents used by state institutions as a guideline in planning and implementing reforms. Since the first edition of Grey Book in 2008, NALED has received more than 500 recommendations for eliminating and/or changing the bureaucratic and administrative procedures, one third of them have been analyzed through ten editions, and more than 90 recommendations have been resolved.

Grey Book 11 will be handed to the Government of Serbia and presented to the public at the conference announcing this year's Top Reformer.
