Aleksandar Pajic was born on April 30, 1970 in Novi Sad. He graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education of the University of Novi Sad in October 1994. He obtained his master's degree at the same faculty in 2001. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2011 at the Faculty of Sports and Physical Education of the University of Niš. He established a working relationship at the "Dr. Andra Jovanović" Medical School in Šabac in 1995. During his 20 years of work at the school, he led five generations of students as a class teacher, was a member of the School Board of the school where he worked, president of the expert council, coordinator for school sports of the Association of Pedagogues, president of the school's trade union organization, assistant director, and from 2013 to In 2017, the director of the Medical School "Dr. Andra Jovanovic". By the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in January 2017, he was appointed acting assistant to the Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, and from 2018 he was entrusted with the post of special advisor to the minister. He was the president of the Board of Directors of the General Hospital "Dr. Laza K. Lazarevic" Šabac, a member of the Board of Directors of PU "Naše dete", a member of the Board of Directors of the Šabac Sports Association. Association, member of the Board of Directors of the Center for the Promotion of Science of the Republic of Serbia and president of the Republic Admission Commission for Secondary Education. Since 2020, he has been the mayor of Šabac. He is married and the father of daughter Anna and son Djordje.

As a member of the presidency of the BFC club, I will advocate for the provision of a stable and favorable business environment, which implies the improvement of the cooperation of all factors involved in the process of economic development. I will make a significant effort in building the awareness of local officials and raising the level of the administration's work in order to further improve the business environment. Creating better business conditions also means the need for regular consultation with the private sector, but also building the awareness of businessmen about the possibilities and potentials provided by municipalities/cities. My priority will be defining a unique and standardized approach, both to new and existing companies/investors, further introducing innovations, finding concrete solutions to improve the business environment. Every local self-government should become a reliable partner to everyone who wants more and better, to everyone who is ready to work and earn money. I am ready to share my previous experiences with other local self-governments, so that we can jointly improve the economic environment and thereby contribute to meeting the needs of all citizens of this country. As a member of the presidency, I will advocate for a proactive policy of creating new jobs and employment, as well as for a favorable business environment for local self-governments in our country.

Boško Ničić was born on September 18, 1960. in Bor. He completed primary and secondary school in this city, and the Faculty of Business Studies in Belgrade. He has been living in Zaječar since 1994. He worked at \\\"Jugobanka\\\" in Bor. Since 1989, when he was first elected as a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Serbia, he has been professionally engaged in politics. From its founding in 1990 until its closure in 2004, he was a member of the SDSMS (later New Democracy and then the Liberals of Serbia), and then the founder and president of the political party \"I Live for Krajina\" - Boško Ničić. He is the founder of the United Regions of Serbia (URS). Since the closure of URS in 2014, he has been acting through the GG \"Boško Ničić-Movement for Krajina\" until 2017, when he became a member of the Srska napredna stranka (SNS), the same year he became a member of the Presidency of the SNS. In the Parliament of the Republic of Serbia, he was sent to five mandates. He spent eight years at the head of the Literary Youth of Serbia and a member of the SSO of Serbia. Mayor He was elected mayor of Zaječar from 2004 to 2013 and from 2017 to the present day. He is married, the father of one child.

Dragana Sotirovski was elected the first female Mayor in the history of Niš city, in August 2020. She was born in Aleksinac where she graduated from the Pedagogical Academy and the Music School. She graduated from the Faculty of Geography at the University of Belgrade and completed her master studies in Tourism at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics in Niš. She started working as a journalist in 1992 in the editorial office of the Radio Television Serbia Morning Program. From 1997 she worked first as a reporter and then as the Head of the Radio Television Serbia Correspondence Office in Niš. She is the author of numerous informative articles, documentaries, travelogues and short films from the country and abroad, which are permanently saved in the Program Archives of RTS. For years she reported on the activities of the Serbian state leadership and statesmen from the region. She is the winner of numerous awards and recognitions at international and domestic festivals of journalistic creativity among which is the award for journalistic courage. From December 2017 to 2020 she was the Head of the Nišava Administrative District. She is married, a mother of three children and a grandmother of two grandchildren.

Cities and municipalities that are development leaders deserve special treatment from the state and all institutions, in order to lead the development of our country even more strongly. At the same time, leaders in development have an obligation to share their experiences with each other and with municipalities that are lagging behind in development, in order to help others participate in the benefits of economic growth. I believe that every change starts with an individual and that each of us individually can initiate positive changes in our environment, but when you have a team of successful, responsible and professional individuals who together create new values ​​in the community, then the role of \"first among equals\" ceases to be obligation and becomes an inspiration to always give more and strive for better, challenges become attainable goals, and work becomes pleasure. The cities and municipalities that are members of the BFC club, for me, represent the driving engine of local economic development and an inexhaustible source of energy that we can direct by working together to leave a healthy, economically developed and prosperous society that they can be proud of for generations to come.

Goran was born on March 11, 1965 in Leskovac. He finished high school in his hometown, and then graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Niš. He is a doctor by profession, a specialist in internal medicine. He received his doctorate at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Niš with the highest grade. His love for Serbia and the fight for justice lead him into politics very early. He has been present on the Serbian political scene since 1996. In one mandate, Goran Cvetanović was a federal minister without a portfolio. In the period from 2002 to 2012, he was a Member of Parliament four times. Goran Cvetanović served twice as president of the Leskovac City Assembly. He will be recorded in the history of the city as the first mayor of Leskovac. He is still in this position today, for the fourth time after the elections held in June 2020. Goran Cvetanović served as a member of the Executive Board of the National Alliance for Local Economic Affairs and was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of this organization for the third time. After the parliamentary session of the Permanent Conference of Cities and Municipalities in December 2021, he was elected president of this organization. In May 2022, he was appointed president of the Network of Associations of Local Governments in Southeast Europe (NALAS). Goran Cvetanović is the president of the Assembly of the Center for the Development of Jablanica and Pcinj Districts for the third time, the president of the Federation of European Carnival Cities in Serbia, co-author of several scientific papers in the field of medicine. At the traditional September meeting organized by NALED, the mayor, Dr. Sci. medicine Goran Cvetanović was awarded the award \\\"Top Member\\\" among local governments for 2022.

Nikola Dašić, graduate economist and officer, from Kragujevac, was born on March 4, 1975 in Ljubljana. He graduated from the School of Economics in Kragujevac, and from the Military Technical Academy in Belgrade. He started his career as an assistant chief accountant in \"PP Stari Hrast\", where he worked from 1993 to 1994. In the company \"MV Intercom\" Kragujevac, he worked in the period from 1998 to 1999 as a sales manager. In the period from 2002-2005. in the General Staff of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro in Belgrade, he was a platoon commander - manager of the logistics unit for supplying and equipping the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense. In 2005, he started working at the Privatization Agency, Regional Office Kragujevac, as an assistant project manager, and in 2006, he became the director of the regional center Kragujevac. He continued his business and working career in 2012 at the National Bank of Serbia, as the director of the forced collection department in Kragujevac, and from 2013, general director of the Sector for forced collection and advisor to the Governor for regional supervision in the branches in Kragujevac, Niš and Užice and by the authorization of the Governor coordinates the Cash Affairs Department as well as the treasury departments in the branches in Belgrade and Novi Sad. He speaks English. Married, father of three children

Saša Pavlović was born on November 1, 1980 in Požarevac. He completed primary and secondary school in Kostolac, and then the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade - department of telecommunications and information technology - majoring in systems engineering. Since 2008, he has been working at the Technical School with the student dormitory "Nikola Tesla" in Kostolac, as a professor of the electrical group of subjects. He taught subjects in the field of electronics, informatics and telecommunications. In January 2014, he was elected deputy president of the City Municipality of Kostolac. He was elected deputy mayor on May 23, 2016. He was elected mayor of Požarevac on August 17, 2020. He is married to his wife Ana, with whom he has two children, sons Andrija and Matija. He lives with his family in Klenovnik.
