Digital session: eGovernment Alliance

Bojan Pokrajac manages digital and online sales channels within OTP Bank Serbia. After completing his basic studies, he completed his training and obtained the title of MBA at the Faculty of Technical Sciences. He dedicated his long career to the development of online channels and innovations in digital transformation. He led significant projects in several banks, developing and implementing products and services, which at that time represented exclusivity on the Serbian banking market. Recognized by the professional community as a reliable partner in developing the digital future, he was a lecturer at several major international forums. It is dedicated to creating a new kind of digital services based on using the full potential of science, technology and creativity. He lives and works between Belgrade and Novi Sad, he is married and the father of two children.

After finishing studies at Vienna University of Economics and Business, Dejan started his carrier in 1995 as McDonald’s Slovenia restaurant manager and left as an Executive Director for Slovenia and Croatia restaurant chains. In August 2014 he joined A1 Telekom Austria Group as marketing and sales manager of Si.mobile, in 2006 he was appointed as a member of BoD for market operations, whilst from March 2007 until February 2014 he performed the duties of president of BoD Si.mobile. In 2014 he joined VIP mobile (now A1 Srbija) as CEO, and from 2015 he undertook duties of CEO/CMO for new organization „Srbija and Slovenija\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\". From July 1st 2015 he is CEO of A1 Srbija and A1 Slovenija. Dejan is a member of BoD of Serbian Association of Managers and recipient of many prestigious awards for long-term successful management of Si.mobile. Since 2015, he is the president of Forum for Responsible Business - network of Serbia’s leading companies. He is winner of AmCham’s prestigious award for business ambassador leader of change in 2016. Since 2019 he is vice-president of BoD of Council of Foreign Investors (FIC) and member of BoD of NLB Bank. Currently, from 2019, he is vice-president of NALED’s e-Governance Alliance.

• Continuance of further digitization process in the Republic of Serbia through the use of 5G technology and advocating for the creation of a positive environment for further growth in all areas of human society with the support of new 5G technologies that will transform connectivity and bring new opportunities for numerous industries in Serbia.
• Establishing and developing regulations that will enable further improvement of the conditions for the development of new services and the construction of telecommunications infrastructure.

Dragana Ilić is Corporate Affairs Director in CETIN ltd Belgrade, leading infrastructure telecommunications service provider, member of PPF Group. On top management level she is in charge of legal, regulatory, government relations and public affairs. She actively advocates reforms in the field of eCommunications and high-speed digital infrastructure in Serbia. Until August 2020 Dragana was collaborating with members and institutions in the capacity of NALED’s Head of Competitiveness and Digitalization Unit. She was Coordinator of the Government Expert Group for Combating Shadow Economy, NALED’s Fair Competition Alliance and eGovernment Alliance from its foundation in 2016. eGovernance Alliance was the key partner to the Government in developing strategic and regulatory framework for eBusiness, eArchiving, eGovernment, in establishing the Office for IT and eGovernment, promoting the eGovernment Portal and building cyber security capacity in local governments. Until 2015 in Government’s agency SIEPA Dragana was managing legal affairs in investment promotion and coordinating cooperation of the investors with the central and local governments. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Belgrade University, Dragana was building her professional experience in public prosecution, tax administration and telecommunication company. She is distinctive of her enthusiasm in advocating reforms for common good. Apart from work, she can be seen while urban cycling or on top of some mountain.

Great accomplishments in the digitalization have been made in the previous period. Yet, the future ambition to have citizen-oriented digital public administration and knowledge-based economy depends on the answers to the challenges we encounter. Some of the issues are coming from the following fields:

• Digital infrastructure: Reliable registers and simplified deployment and use of digital infrastructure leaning on the EU framework, with more efficient procedures, enabling preconditions for development of technology and economy and equal opportunities for all members of society.
• eBusiness: Cutting the red tape on documents archiving, cloud based eSigniture and trusted eDelivery integrated with all judicial and government portals, with high participation of businesses.
• Information Security: Further collaboration and coordination of tech companies and public sector for better cyber incidents’ resilience.
• Smart Cities: Open discussion about enablers for ethical use of technology for smart management and livable cities, with accountability and respect of human rights.

Born on April 25, 1985 in Zemun. He has lived in Užice since 1986, where his father got a job as a surgeon at the General Hospital. He finished elementary school \"Slobodan Sekulić\" as well as high school in Užice. The title of graduate lawyer is obtained at the Faculty of Law of the University of Novi Sad. He has passed the state professional exam. After completing his studies, he is employed in a private company. In 2016, he was elected as a member of the Election Commission of the City of Užice. In the same year, he was the president of the Board of Directors at the school for developmentally disabled children \"Miodrag V. Matić\". Also, for four years he was the president of the Board of Directors of the Užice Preschool In 2019, he was elected as a member of the Assembly of AD Užice gas. From 2016 to 2020, he held the position of Chief of Staff of the Mayor of Užice. Married, father of two children.

Since 2015, Ivan has been working at Microsoft as a Sales Manager/Account Executive for the Public Sector, as well as Microsoft\'s representative for cooperation with the authorities of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and North Macedonia. Prior to Microsoft, he was employed at IBM for 4 years as a regional brand manager, and before that at the company Pexim/Asseco SEE. He participates in various initiatives (both in the state and within the framework of the NGO sector), in working groups focused on increasing the information literacy of society, especially children (he is one of the initiators of long-term campaign IT caravan, as well as many others). Throughout his career, he was a member of several working groups in the field of digital transformation of public administration, and he was also actively engaged in initiatives aimed at rasing awareness and capacity in the field of information and cyber security. Within NALED, he actively participates in the eGovernment Alliance as Vice-President, and before that as the head of the working group for cloud, data and information security, promoting the values and goals of both NALED and all members of the Alliance. He is determined to strengthen the partnership relationship between NALED and state authorities, with a special focus on the field of digitization of public administration, introduction of eServices as well as in the regulatory framework. He has a master\'s degree in economics and is the father of a little girl, Helena.

As a member of the presidency or just as a member of the Alliance, I will continue to work on the promotion and positioning of NALED and all members of the eGovernment Alliance. Through participation in the Alliance, I will advocate for the improvement of the business environment through the introduction of electronic Services, promoting them, with the aim of reducing administrative processes and digitizing them. I intend to continue with the excellent practice established by the previous convocation in the field of positioning the Alliance as a partner to the government in the field of digital transformation and solving regulatory challenges, using the capacities, experiences and expertise of all members of the Alliance.

Born on February 11, 1970 in Belgrade. He completed his secondary education at the Sixth Belgrade Grammar School. In addition to being a graduate of the School of National Defence – Advanced Security and Defence Studies, Mr Đorđević obtained the title of Master of Economics - International Banking and Finance, a joint programme of the Panteion University in Athens, Greece – Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and the Faculty of International Economics in Belgrade. He holds the Honorary Doctor of Science degree awarded by the Russian State Social University in Moscow. Mr Đorđević acquired his working experience at a number of managerial positions in the field of financial and executive management in renowned national and international companies (Comtrade, Kabel-X, etc.). From 2012 until his appointment as the Minister of Defence in 2016, he served as the State Secretary in the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia. In 2017 he was appointed the Minister of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy in the Government of the Republic of Serbia His professional career was focused on international finance and banking, financial reporting and auditing. Mr Đorđević published several papers in leading national and international scientific and professional journals in economics and finance. Mr Đorđević has acquired a large number of prestigious professional certificates, distinctions, awards and recognitions. He chaired the Economic and Social Council and the Political Council for the implementation of Resolution 1325. As a member, he participated in several committees in the RS Government in charge of negotiations with the EU, and was the National Director for Armaments. He is the initiator of the adoption of numerous laws and strategies. He is one of the founders of the Serbian Progressive Party, a member of its Main Board and Presidency.

The candidate will advocate for the further digitization of state services and, with his position, ensure that the Post of Serbia is involved in supporting eGovernment both in development and in helping citizens access various services of eGovernment and the State of Serbia throughout the territory of the Republic. The support of the Post would involve educating citizens and promoting the use of eServices, relying on a strong brand and trust through the wide network and infrastructure of the Post of Serbia.
