Tomašević Aco was born in Užice in 1979, where he finished elementary school and high school, after which he went to Belgrade to study in 1998. Graduated in electrical engineering in 2004 at the University of Belgrade, majoring in telecommunications. Towards the end of his studies, he started working at the company Nelt, a leader in providing services in distribution and logistics, and was employed there in the IT sector. After a little more than five years, he continues his career in the company Neoplanta and works on the establishment, control and optimization of various business processes in the IT sector, production and factory maintenance. As a project manager, he makes a key contribution to the success of the extremely advanced implementation of CSB software - the world standard for the meat industry. He leads a team of over 300 people with the task of selecting, developing, motivating and promoting, especially young managers. He returned to the Nelt Group in 2010 and held the position of ICT manager, until 2013 he became the director of the business support sector. In that position, she played a key role in the success of the extremely complex implementation of SAP ERP and SAP BI systems in the entire Nelt Group, and she will remain there until the end of 2017. He completed his knowledge and skills in business at the University of Sheffield, which he attended from 2013 to 2016, and then obtained a master degree in business administration (MBA) in strategic management and leadership. In January 2018, he became the director of two companies, Neoplanta and Chennai Agrar, which he still heads today. He manages a staff of almost 600 people and works dedicatedly to strengthen the position of the Neoplanta brand in all markets where it operates. He is married and the father of two daughters. He lives with his family in Belgrade.

Andrija Vuković, Director of Finance and Risk Sector of MK Group (Chief Financial Officer) actively participates in defining the strategy of the financial sector at the system level and ensures the financial stability of the entire MK Group system. In addition to managing the company\\\'s finances, he is responsible for risk management, and the following departments are organized within his sector: the controlling department, the IFRS department, the treasury department, the mergers and acquisitions department, as well as the risk management department. As MK Group Finance and Risks Director, he is responsible for the organization and control of all activities and resources within the MK Group business. Andrija graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Belgrade in the field of accounting, auditing and financial management, and also received his master\\\'s degree from the same faculty. Before joining the MK Group system team, he worked for more than ten years in the banking industry.

During his career, he was a leader and member of legal teams in numerous domestic and regional M&A transactions as well as acquisitions and management of large NPL portfolios. Dejan is a member of numerous administrative and supervisory boards of renowned international and domestic companies, as well as citizens associations. graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade, after which he also completed Specialist Studies in Corporate Management at the same faculty. He speaks English fluently.

Dejan considers topics related to the definition of a plan for the development of property-legal relations, improvement of the competitiveness of the Republic of Serbia, as well as active participation in attracting new investments in the Republic of Serbia to be extremely important. As a lawyer with many years of experience, he will focus special attention on the development of the legislative framework in the sphere of property and investments, particularly emphasizing participation in the work of legislative bodies, giving opinions and providing professional assistance. He considers cooperation with other organizations and institutions that take an active part in various projects in the field of property and investments to be of great importance, all with the aim of their successful realization.

He completed basic law studies at the Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, where he also obtained a master’s degree in European Union Law, after which he completed an additional master’s degree in International Commercial Arbitration and International Trade at University of Cambridge. He is managing partner in law office Cvetković, Skoko & Jovičić, and founder of the regional legal network Adria Legal Group. He specializes in commercial law, especially in the areas of real estate, telecommunications, banking and energy. In the field of real estate, he participated in the construction or purchases of a significant number of shopping centers and retail parks in Serbia and the region. At the moment, his law office represents nine centers that belong to the BIG CEE group. In addition, he was engaged in numerous infrastructural projects (Bar-Boljare highway), commercial or business facilities (Napred, Blue Center) and large residential complexes of several hundreds of thousands of square meters, such as Minel. Considering that the law office is the legal representative of Orion Telekom, he has significant experience in the area of telecommunications. In the field of banking and finance, he gained experience in project financing either on the side of banks (Erste Bank) or loan beneficiaries in various areas of financing. Recently, he has been engaged in energy affairs, especially renewable energy sources. He uses English and French equally in his work.

Born on February 24, 1968 in Užice. She attended elementary school \"Stari grad\" and secondary medical school in Užice, and in 1996 she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Belgrade. Three years after that, she was on two occasions for professional training in Russia at the Moscow University Center, lasting 6 months. In 2005, she completed specialist studies - Anesthesiology with resuscitation and intensive care. In the period from 1999 to 2001, she taught pharmacology as a professor at the Secondary Medical School in Užice. She gained work experience at the Zvezdara Clinical and Hospital Center in Belgrade, and since 1996 she has been permanently employed at the Užice General Hospital. Since March 4, 2013, he has been the director of the Užice General Hospital. She was also the deputy president of the Council for Health, as well as a member of the Council for Population Policy in the Assembly of the City of Užice. In 2019, by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, she was appointed to the position of president of the Provisional Council of the Academy of Vocational Studies in Western Serbia, and she holds this position until the Academy is established in 2020. Since August 21, 2020, she has been serving as the mayor of the City of Užice.

Marko Jović is Director of General Affairs, responsible for Regulatory and Legal Affairs, M&A and Wholesale in A1 Srbija, member of A1 Telekom Austria Group. Marko graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He has been employed with A1 Srbija (previous name Vip mobile) for more than 15 years. During this period Marko participated in establishing regulation in Serbia for electronic communication and actively shaping the Serbian telecom market and environment. Marko is specialized in electronic communication regulations and strategy, currently responsible for managing Regulatory and Legal Affairs, M&A and Wholesale in A1 Srbija, providing support to the company with regards to all General Affairs. He is also responsible for relations with the main stakeholders, Serbian Government, Ministries, RATEL and other operators in Serbia and abroad. He actively participates and represents A1 Srbija in professional associations and organizations such as American Chamber of Commerce, NALED, RNIDS, FIC, Serbian Chamber of Commerce. In period of February 2018 – 2020 Marko held the position of member of AmCham Board of Directors.

Milenca Srećković, M.Sc. C.E, is the CEO and co-owner of company SET – System engineering team, Šabac, one of the most distinguished construction companies in the region. Milenca graduated in hydro engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade. She got her first job at Vodovodo Šabac, where, after several years of work, she assumed the role of leader, implementing some of the largest development projects, on which today\'s successes are based. After \"Vodovod\" Šabac, she also ran the private construction company Tina 2000 d.o.o, while she founded her own company SET d.o.o. in 2003. This company, with professional and very dedicated work, under the slogan \"Let\'s create together\", has been implementing numerous projects in various fields – industrial facilities, public services and utilities, residential buildings. Today, SET has around 200 employees, while the Design Development Department has over 40 excellent experts, engaged in some of the largest projects in this region. A special part of the engagement is work in the field of social responsibility and contribution to community development. SET has participated in numerous humanitarian activities and initiated various actions contributing to the development of the local environment. For her work and business vision, Milenca Srećković received the Award for Regional Business Leader of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Žena zmaj, of the Association of Business Women of Serbia, while the company SET was the winner of the April Award, the highest honour granted by the City of Šabac.

• Improvement of spatial and urban planning in the sense of supporting the development and implementation of the electronic system for spatial and urban planning, determining clear and realistic measures of the planning and construction policy, setting realistic and binding schedules for the development of plans with the determination of deadlines for the declaration of all participants in the development of the plan from those who give the conditions, those who process the plan, to the public and authorities who participate in the adoption of the plan, improvement and equalization of the criteria and methods of work of the local urban planning departments

Neda Lazendic is the director of WV International Serbia, which in cooperation with the Norwegian investor Emergy, is developing projects of construction of wind power plants of planned capacity of 800MW in South Banat and solar power plant of 80MW in Zabalj. The projects are in different development stages: Wind farm complex Alibunar (168 MW) has obtained all requiring permits and is in the final phase of securing the financing, and Wind farm complex Banat 1-6 is in the stage of preparation of project technical documentation and land securing. As Country manager and legal representative, Neda is responsible for general business activities of investor in Serbia, both in accordance with national legislation and internal procedures. With background in law and economy, Neda is also important member of project team, experienced with permitting and communication with public institutions, contractors, banks, IFIs. As a member of the working group for drafting and implementing bylaws based on the Law on the usage of renewable energy sources, Neda advocates the implementation of the Green Agenda and increasing the share of electricity from renewable sources in total energy consumption. She is the Vice President of the Energy Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), where she is constantly improving the investment framework for foreign investments in the field of energy and energy efficiency. She is one of the members of the board of directors of the Dutch-Serbian Business Association and an ambassador of the Nordic Business Alliance (NBA). She was chosen in the three best young managers for 2021 by the Serbian Association of Managers (SAM). Neda is proud mother of Luka (7 years old) and Petar (6 years old) which evidences her energy character, result orientation and life balance.

Novica Nikolić was born in 1980 in Leskovac, where he completed elementary school and secondary technical school \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Rade Metalac\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\", majoring in electrical engineering. He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics at the University of Niš in 2006, majoring in industrial energy. As a graduate electrical engineer, he holds the licenses of responsible designer and responsible contractor of low and medium voltage power installations, and a certificate of passing a professional exam in the field of fire protection. He is a member of the Chamber of Engineers of Serbia, the Serbian Society for Lighting and the Association for Property and Investments at NALED. After completing his studies, he started his professional career in the then public company \"Directorate for Urban Planning and Construction\" Leskovac. While working in the Directorate for Urban Planning and Construction in Leskovac, he was responsible for the development of projects and professional supervision of numerous projects in the field of electrical installations and lighting. In the same company, he worked as a technical director of the company since 2012. In 2018, he was appointed to the position of director of the public company \"Urbanism and Construction of Leskovac\", which he holds until today. As the director of a public company in charge of communal maintenance and infrastructure of one of the most sparsely populated municipalities, which consists of 144 inhabited places, he contributed with his commitment and expertise to the continuous performance of the company\'s activities, which all the time achieved a positive financial and business result. With his business strategy and policy, he contributed to the improvement of communal infrastructure in the territory of the city of Leskovac, transparent and efficient work of all company services. As a manager, together with his associates, he successfully implemented numerous projects and investments of importance for the city of Leskovac. He directly participated in managing investments, managing projects and monitoring the implementation of numerous projects in the field of construction, civil engineering and infrastructure. In a managerial position, he played a key role in the introduction of GIS applications - the Geoportal of the city of Leskovac and the GDi Ensemble Smart Portal related to the planning documents of the city of Leskovac. The company is the winner of recognition at international salons of urban planning. It has a very successful cooperation with other public companies, institutions and institutions, as well as the competent ministries of the Republic of Serbia. One of the most significant is the cooperation with the Public Company Roads of Serbia, thanks to which many capital investments were secured and realized. He is married, the father of two sons. He lives with his family in Leskovac.
