Danica Trajković graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, within the International Law study group. She earned her Master of Laws degree by defending her thesis titled "Labor Rights of Platform Workers in the Food Delivery Sector" at the same faculty, in the public law module (sub-module labor and social law). She has also passed the bar exam. An expanded but substantively unchanged version of her master’s thesis was published as a monograph in June 2024 by the Publishing Center of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Danica also completed and passed the final exam of the Specialist Academic Studies in Digital Property Law, being part of the first generation of students of this program at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. Additionally, she attended Specialist Academic Studies in Tax Advisory, organized by the same faculty. During her undergraduate and master’s studies, she participated in numerous specialized trainings, including the HELP Course, Anti-discrimination Legal Clinic, and the Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals program on Preventing and Combating Trafficking in Human Beings in Serbia, organized by the Council of Europe. Her professional experience includes working as a trainee lawyer in law offices in Belgrade, providing legal advice in labor, corporate, immigration law, and personal data protection. She also contributed to drafting lawsuits, legal remedies, and various reasoned submissions in civil and misdemeanor proceedings. Danica joined the NALED team in May 2025.
