Implementation Period: December 2024 – December 2026

NALED, in collaboration with the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and TUM International, is implementing the INNOLEADERS Serbia project. The goal of the project is to enhance Serbia’s innovation ecosystem by empowering key stakeholders with the necessary skills, knowledge, and competencies to promote sustainable growth and competitiveness. Through the development of tailored training programs, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing platforms, the project aims to improve the competencies of all those involved in the development of innovation infrastructure in Serbia.

Key Activities of the Project:

  • The first phase of the project will involve conducting a detailed analysis of the current state of the innovation ecosystem in Serbia, which will serve as a basis for defining training programs designed to improve the knowledge, skills, and competencies of employees in the innovation ecosystem.
  • Next, training programs will be implemented through which key actors in the innovation ecosystem will acquire the necessary knowledge on strategic ecosystem management, effective incubation practices, and sustainable business operations. Participants who successfully complete the training program will receive certification from the organizations running the project. Additionally, through the establishment of a digital knowledge base, employees in the innovation ecosystem will have constant access to relevant resources, fostering continuous learning and improvement of the ecosystem.
  • The project promotes long-term sustainability through the development of training programs that aim to ensure ongoing support for the professional development of employees in Serbia’s innovation ecosystem.
