E-Government Alliance

It was formed with the aim of defining businesses’ recommendations for improving the business environment in Serbia through developing electronic government and electronic services, promoting and supporting the improvement of e-Government in Serbia. The Alliance takes an active role in creating and monitoring the implementation of the Government's Action Plan for eGovernment Development.

The eGovernment Alliance's goals are:

  • Improving the regulatory framework for developing e-Government and e-business,
  • Reducing costs and red tape for businesses and citizens by creating e-services,
  • Increasing institutional capacities and improving public administration’s work processes,
  • Improving the public administration’s efficiency and transparency and reducing corruption,
  • Improving Serbia’s competitiveness.
