E-Government Alliance

It was formed with the aim of defining businesses’ recommendations for improving the business environment in Serbia through developing electronic government and electronic services, promoting and supporting the improvement of e-Government in Serbia. The Alliance takes an active role in creating and monitoring the implementation of the Government's Action Plan for eGovernment Development 2023-2025, the key and strategic document in the domain of eGovernance in Serbia.

The eGovernment Alliance's goals are:

  • Improving the regulatory framework and strengthening the capacity of decision-makers;
  • Establishing a modern digital infrastructure;
  • Improvement and development of e-Services and functionality and user experience on the eGovernment Portal;
  • Improving the protection, opening up and re-use of data and developing artificial intelligence;
  • Introduction and development of the concept of Smart Cities in the Republic of Serbia.
