Nikola Dašić, a graduated economist and military officer from Kragujevac, was born on March 4, 1975 in Ljubljana. He graduated from the School of Economics in Kragujevac, and the Military Technical Academy in Belgrade. He started his career as an assistant chief accountant, in "PP Stari hrast", where he worked from 1993 to 1994. In the "MV Interkom" Kragujevac company, he worked in from 1998 to 1999 as a sales manager. Between 2002 and 2005, in the General Staff of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro, he was a platoon commander - manager of the logistics unit for supply and equipment of the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense. In 2005, he started working in the Privatization Agency, Kragujevac Regional Office, as an assistant project manager, and in 2006, he became the director of the Kragujevac Regional Center. He continued his career in 2012 at the National Bank of Serbia, as the director of the forced collection department in Kragujevac, and since 2013 the assistant to director of the forced collection department and advisor to the Governor for regional supervision in the branches in Kragujevac, Niš and Užice and coordinates with the Cash Operations Department with the Governor’s authorization, as well as the treasury departments in the branches in Belgrade and Novi Sad. He speaks English. Married, father of three.

Rođen u Aleksincu, gde je završio Osnovnu školu i gimnaziju. Diplomirao je na Ekonomskom fakultetu na Univerzitetu u Nišu, smer marketing i stekao zvanje diplomiraniranog ekonomiste. Prva radna iskustva stiče u privrednom sektoru, bio je zaposlen od 2006. do 2012. godine u privatnoj firmi, prvo na poslovima organizacije proizvodnje, a potom komercijale i finansija. Od jula 2012. do marta 2021. godine obavljao je funkciju zamenika predsednika Opštine Aleksinac, gde je bio biran u tri mandata na lokalnim izborima 2012.,2016. i 2020. godine. U sva tri mandata aktivno je učestvovao na jačanju privrednog ambijenta opštine Aleksinac i dovođenju velikih privrednih subjekata. Bio je i stalni član Radnih grupa u izradi strateških i razvojnih planova opštine Aleksinac. Kao zamenik predsednika opštine, obavljao je funkciju i zamenika Štaba za vanredne situacije na teritoriji opštine Aleksinac. Bio je i predsednik Lokalnog saveta za bezbednost saobraćaja od 2015. do 2021. godine, kao i član Saveta za zdravlje od 2016. do 2019. godine. Pohađao je više domaćih i stranih seminara iz oblasti marketinga i javnog nastupa i učestvovao na više privrednih skupova. Godine 2019. završio je program inovacije znanja – program stalnog usavršavanja iz Osnovne obuke iz medijacije na Fakultetu političkih nauka, Univerziteta u Beogradu. Oženjen suprugom Milicom sa kojom ima dva sina. Govori engleski jezik.

Jelena has been engaged in the reform of legislative process and regulatory framework for doing business, investment promotion, business support programs and establishing partnerships between the public and private sectors, as an expert in policy reform and implementation of economic development policies. She started her career in 2000, in the International Republican Institute (IRI) working on the development of political parties, civil society organizations and local governments. After that, she spent five years as the Head of Local Economic Development Team in USAID Municipal Economic Growth Activity program. During that appointment Jelena engaged in the development of more than 50 economic development strategies and institutional capacities for dealing with economic issues in more than 30 local governments. She worked at similar programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Slovakia, Kyrgyzstan and Jordan. Since 2010, Jelena joined NALED, first as the Program Director and then as Policy Director. For the past 3 years, she served as the technical and expert coordinator of the Government of Serbia Joint Group for improving Serbia’s position on the World Bank’s Doing Business list. Within this engagement, she coordinates the development of Government's Doing Business Reform Plans, leading the correspondence with the World Bank, by preparing reform updates and coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Plan. During a period of 3 years (until 2017) she was the lead expert in construction permitting reform in Serbia, a reform that was recognized by the World Bank, as the biggest reform in Serbia for the past 10 years. She was the Project Manager for the implementation of the electronic construction permitting system (EBPS) in Serbia (supported by the German and Swiss governments) and led the implementation of the World Bank’s project targeted at training and mentoring of the EBPS users. In 2017 she was the key expert in designing the cadaster reform (property register reform), and in 2018 she worked on drafting legislation for this reform - the Law on Property Registration. She is a member of more than 10 Government's working groups, working on tax legislation, public procurement, shadow economy, and other business environment issues.

Zoran Misic graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics in Belgrade, Department of Information Technologies. He has 29 years of professional experience in Telekom and the Post of Serbia, with 20 years of managerial experience, which he gained by working  in the following positions – eng. designer, independent eng. designer, senior eng. designer, Head of the Service for the Development of Applicative Software, Director of the Sector for the Development of Applicative Software, and Deputy Director of the Information Technologies Function. He developed and managed the development of significant projects and information systems in the areas of telecommunications, information systems of the Post of Serbia and information systems of the state administration, some of which include: Telekom Landline Telephony Biling System, Paging System of Serbia, Mobtel Billing System for NMT and GSM systems, Problem solving in 2000 for the entire information system of Telekom, the Post of Serbia and significant parts of the information system of Mobtel, development and implementation of the completely new postal technology and information system, implementation of the SAP information system in the Post of Serbia, development and implementation of the Payment System of the Post of Serbia, the new Billing and CRM system for PostNet, development and establishment of a central system of electronic registers, registration of citizens for free shares and trading in securities, and registration of citizens in the process of applying for restitution. He is the author of several dozen expert-scientific papers in the field of information and communication technologies and eBusiness, presented at leading domestic and international conferences. Married, father of three sons.

Svetlana Jovanović is an assistant lecturer at the Belgrade Faculty of Organisational Sciences (FON), teaching Computer and Cyber Law, Computer and Cyber Forensics, Electronic Business and Electronic Administration. She runs the Academic Cyber Forum, an organisation that studies online trends. She is a speaker for teacher training programmes. As a senior adviser to the Serbian Prime Minister in the Strategic Project Implementation Unit, she works on the introduction of electronic services and the development of e-Government. She graduated from FON in 2006. She is working on her doctoral thesis on the subject of cyber-crime. Svetlana has authored numerous papers and books on the topics of personal data protection and the exercise of other rights online.

Branko Krsmanovic is a lawyer and manager in culture, founder of the CSO Young Ambassadors. He presented the Young Ambassadors Program as the best example of youth involvement in cultural institutions at the Europa Cinemas conferences in Prague, Bologna and Sofia. He is the founder of over 10 different brands that are successfully operating. He is a consultant at the Startup Center in Niš, where he works with startup companies and largest accelerators in the world to develop the startup community. Branko was a speaker at numerous international and national conferences on the topic of marketing and business development.
