Violeta started building expertise in local economic and rural development and standardization, upon graduation in 1998, as an expert and team leader in USAID programs in Serbia and the region, through the design and implementation of complex development projects worth over 10 million dollars. As the first employee of NALED, and its Executive Director since July 2007, she was instrumental in growing an independent membership organization, which later grew into the largest public-private association focusing on building a favorable business environment in Serbia. She is a graduate philologist and gained further education in the field of economics and project management in specialized training and study programs in the United States and Europe. She is engaged as a motivational speaker and moderator at professional conferences around the topic of women's entrepreneurship and leadership in the country and abroad. She has gained international experience as a consultant in the field of certification and intellectual property protection. She is a member of the Regional Council as the umbrella body of the Network for a Favorable Business Environment, which brings together state institutions and sector organizations from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro to institutionalize mechanisms for cooperation and strengthening the competitiveness of the region. She actively contributes to the preservation of traditional heritage of Serbia and employment programs for women through the role of the founder and president of Ethno Network. 

Jelena has been engaged in the reform of legislative process and regulatory framework for doing business, investment promotion, business support programs and establishing partnerships between the public and private sectors, as an expert in policy reform and implementation of economic development policies. She started her career in 2000, in the International Republican Institute (IRI) working on the development of political parties, civil society organizations and local governments. After that, she spent five years as the Head of Local Economic Development Team in USAID Municipal Economic Growth Activity program. During that appointment Jelena engaged in the development of more than 50 economic development strategies and institutional capacities for dealing with economic issues in more than 30 local governments. She worked at similar programs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Slovakia, Kyrgyzstan and Jordan. Since 2010, Jelena joined NALED, first as the Program Director and then as Policy Director. For the past 3 years, she served as the technical and expert coordinator of the Government of Serbia Joint Group for improving Serbia’s position on the World Bank’s Doing Business list. Within this engagement, she coordinates the development of Government's Doing Business Reform Plans, leading the correspondence with the World Bank, by preparing reform updates and coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Plan. During a period of 3 years (until 2017) she was the lead expert in construction permitting reform in Serbia, a reform that was recognized by the World Bank, as the biggest reform in Serbia for the past 10 years. She was the Project Manager for the implementation of the electronic construction permitting system (EBPS) in Serbia (supported by the German and Swiss governments) and led the implementation of the World Bank’s project targeted at training and mentoring of the EBPS users. In 2017 she was the key expert in designing the cadaster reform (property register reform), and in 2018 she worked on drafting legislation for this reform - the Law on Property Registration. She is a member of more than 10 Government's working groups, working on tax legislation, public procurement, shadow economy, and other business environment issues.

Milos began his career at NALED in 2019, working on the project "Optimization of the Healthcare Network - Health Masterplan." Since then, he has been engaged in the Research and Analytics unit as a researcher/analyst responsible for conducting research and preparing analyses on numerous projects such as Public Procurement and Good Governance for Increased Competitiveness, Establishment of a Platform for a Favorable Business Environment in the Region, and the National Initiative for Cashless Payments. In addition, he performs economic analysis and statistical and descriptive data processing in various areas where NALED is implementing regulatory reform and monitoring institutions, contributing to the development of numerous publications, including the Regulatory Index of Serbia, Local eGovernment Index, Research on Public-Private Dialogue and Legislative Process, and Research on Citizens' Attitudes toward the Shadow Economy and Cashless Payments. By defending his master's thesis on the topic "Critical Analysis of the Institutional Framework of Public-Private Partnerships in the Republic of Serbia," he earned the title of Master Economist at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. During his studies at the same faculty, he held the position of vice president of the debate club and won numerous debating tournaments.

Aleksa Jerković completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, majoring in International Relations. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Economic Analysis and Policy (with a focus on Macroeconomics) at the same institution. During his studies, he had the opportunity to undertake a six-month internship at the National Bank of Serbia in the Interest Rate Department, where he was involved in monitoring preliminary and final interest rate results. He joined the NALED team in January 2024.

Slobodan graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, department "Finance, banking and insurance". In 2012, he earned a Master degree from the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade with a thesis "Allowed forms of state aid in competition law of Serbia and the EU". He attended additional trainings within a Seminar on Trade and Environment Issues for Developing Countries held in Beijing in 2011 and Seminar on Sustainable Development in Venice in 2013. He has been a member of NALED team since 2010, holding the positions of Project Manager, Economic Analyst and currently, Project Coordinator. He has coordinated and participated in the implementation of numerous projects regarding the issues of public finance, fiscal policy, environment protection, public policies on the local and national level. As part of NALED's Policy team, he has been a co-author and associate in developing a large number of studies and analyses related to policy reform and business environment assessment, such as the Grey Book, Regulatory Index of Serbia, Quarterly report on regulatory reform status etc.

Sanja joined NALED team in November 2019 as Policy Coordinator, covering the issues of environmental protection. Since 2008, she has been working on selected sector policies important for the european integration process of Serbia, while from 2011 on environmental policy  - concreatly coordination  of international development assistance and EU funds for the environment sector. She started the career working on projects related to EU accession process of Serbia in the European Movement of Serbia. Aftrwards she was working for the Government of the Republic of Serbia on EU Macroregional Strategy for the Danube Region, and later on within the Serbian European Integration Office (now-Ministry of European Integration) made specific profesional orientation toward environmental protection area. During 9 years working on coordination of international development assisstance, she worked on the development of strategic, planning and program documents regarding the use of EU and international assistance, including the instrument of pre-accession assistance – IPA. She was working on programing and monitoring on numerous infrastructural projects in the area of environment and on coordination of development of technical documentation in line with serbian and EU standards. In the process of defining priorities for funding, she coordinated numerous national institutions and cooperate with international organizations. She attended trainings and seminars in the country and abroad on sustainable development, solid waste and waste water management. Sanja graduated on the Faculty of Political Science, and she is currently attending Master studies in environmental policy. She speaks English.

Todo completed his basic studies at the Faculty of Agriculture on the Agroeconomics module, and last year he enrolled in the Master's studies at the same Faculty on the Agrarian and Rural Development module. As a final year student, he became a member of the first generation of the volunteer center of the PUC of the Belgrade City Market, which is launching a project to manage organic waste in the markets. After completing his undergraduate studies, he moved to the National Association for Organic Production Serbia Organica, where he provided active support to the membership in the process of certification and participation in domestic and international fairs. After that, he worked as an advisor for agro-economics at the Agricultural Advisory and Expert Service of Serbia, where he participated in the transfer of knowledge to agricultural producers. His last employment was with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. where he worked on programming the measures of the IPARD program, which contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of primary agricultural production and processing of agricultural products and the development of rural infrastructure. He graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He joined the NALED team in April 2023.

Isidora has five years of experience in regulatory reform by working on projects supported by international and bilateral donors (EU, GIZ, USAID, FCDO), currently she is in the position of Manager for regulatory reform in the field of healthcare at NALED. In her previous work, she has worked closely with the Government and the Ministry of Health in the adoption of the National Program for Digitalization of Healthcare, as well as other initiatives of digitization and modernization of the healthcare system. She completed her undergraduate studies in international relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, and then completed her master's studies in Digital Transformation at the FEFA Faculty. She gained international experience at Heidelberg University in Germany and Linköping University in Sweden. She is an alumna of the IRI Academy for Women Leaders in the Civil Sector, the OSCE Dialogue Academy for Young Women and the Zoran Đinđić Foundation. She speaks English and German.

Jovana graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, majoring in international studies, and is currently pursuing a master's degree at the same faculty, in the Environmental Law sub-module. During her studies, she attended the legal clinic for Environmental Law (Jean Monnet Chair in European Environmental Law - supported by the OSCE and the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union) and did an internship at the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Also, she was an intern at the Office for European Integration in the Sector for Coordination of the Accession Process and Monitoring of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, and after her studies she did an internship at a law firm dealing with various areas of law, especially litigation. Jovana has been engaged in NALED since December 2021 as an intern for the ongoing activities of the Environmental Unit.

Jovana completed her undergraduate studies and earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs. During her studies she was a president of the Student’s Parliament in 2020/21 and president of the Youth team initiative. Through informal education and active participation in the civil sector, she gained experience in regional cooperation and youth policy. Jovana was a student’s educator on youth projects concerning political system, democratic values and civil participation. She attended the summer school "Green transition and digital transformations" organized by the FEFA faculty and CEVES. She joined NALED in August 2021 as a Regulatory Reform Intern. She gained her three-year experience in regulatory reform while working on a projects supported by international donors such as GIZ, SIDA, EU, USAID. Currently holds the position of a Policy Specialist.

Emilija Ničić is a senior student at the Faculty of Political Sciences, specializing in Social Policy and Social Work. She has gained prior experience in gender policies, youth policy, and social responsibility. For many years, she was engaged with the Human Rights Committee in Vranje, where she served as the Program Coordinator for the SOS Corner for Girls, contributing to its creation and development. She also spent a year with the Roof Organization of Serbian Youth (KOMS), working on project implementation and member engagement. Additionally, Emilija has worked as an associate with several organizations and projects and has been a board member of the student organization Global Youth Wave. She has furthered her knowledge through informal programs and training and is recently an alumna of the IRI Women’s Leadership Academy in the Civil Sector. She joined the NALED team in November 2023.

Lara Marković completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Policy at the same institution. She completed internships at the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government and at the Institute for International Politics and Economics, where she wrote a professional paper on environmental issues and organized and attended various conferences and events. Lara joined the NALED team in January 2024.

Ana has been engaged on management and coordination of EU and other international assistance since 2001, first as a consultant in the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and later in managing positions within the Ministry of Finance and the Serbian European Integrations Office (SEIO). As an expert in planning, programming and evaluation of EU and other international assistance, from 2014 to 2017 she served as Deputy Director - EU Funds Coordinator in the SEIO. She was engaged as the Head of Operative Structure for managing cross-border cooperation programs with BiH and Montenegro, chaired the working group on EU accession regarding Chapter 22- Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments, served as a member of Negotiation team for Chapter 22, the national coordinator for the Danube region and co-national coordiinator for EU strategy for the Adriatic-Ionnian region, a member of program borads of the Regional School of Public Administration and Regional Cooperarion Council etc. She worked on the development of strategic, planning and program documents regarding the use of EU and international assistance, including the instrument of pre-accession assistance - IPA, she was a member of steering committees and responsible for the implementation of more than 10 projects, took part in establishing the system of decentralized / indirect management of EU funds, coordinated Serbia's engagement in regional, cross-border and transnational EU programs, coordinated bilateral and multilateral assistance provided by more than 20 development partners. She has been engaged in NALED since September 2017 as a consultant for project preparation and cooperation with the EU and bilateral donors, from april 2018. she has been appointed as the Director of Good Governance department in NALED, in charge of local economic development and capacity building programs.

Stefana completed her undergraduate studies in Economics in 2005 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. During and immediately after her master’s studies at City College, University of Sheffield, she was actively involved in numerous entrepreneurial projects in the private sector, during which she gained initial experience with EU funds and financing opportunities for projects and programs aimed at enhancing competitiveness. From 2010 to 2018, she worked extensively in the field of planning, programming, and monitoring the implementation of pre-accession funds (IPA) and bilateral cooperation in the areas of institutional building and social development. She held positions as Group Leader and later as Head of the Department at the Office for European Integration, Ministry of European Integration, Government of the Republic of Serbia. She coordinated sectoral working groups for IPA programming and international cooperation in the sectors of social development, public administration reform, and rule of law. She also served as Coordinator of the Negotiating Chapter 22 - Regional Policy and Coordination of Structural Instruments. As the National Coordinator for Serbian-German development cooperation, she was responsible for preparing and conducting annual negotiations on development cooperation with representatives of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), as well as partner organizations GIZ and KfW. She coordinated and managed several projects on behalf of the beneficiary institution and was a designated member of various supervisory boards for EU projects. She participated in the preparation and implementation of numerous strategic and programmatic documents for the use of IPA national and IPA multi-beneficiary (regional) instruments. Since 2018, as an expert in EU and international development cooperation projects, she has been engaged by KPMG Belgrade, where she worked on strategic and financial management of several EU projects in areas such as innovation and startup ecosystem development, support to anti-money laundering institutions, and public financial management. She was also involved in the development and preparation of several project proposals for funding from EU funds, international financial institutions, and the budget of the Republic of Serbia. She joined the NALED team in June 2023 as the Head of the EU, Regional Development, and Cooperation Department.  

Marko is born in Novi Pazar, completed high school in Belgrade and graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, department "International law". He is currently attending the final year of Master studies in International relations, organizations and EU integration. He gained his first professional experience in Vojvođanska and NLB bank, engaging in promotion, direct sales and advising clients in selecting baking products and services, later being engaged as an external legal consultant in Sandžak Economic Development Agency (SEDA). He has been a part of NALED team since 2010, gaining knowledge and skills in various positions regarding the organization of theme discussions and implementation of projects for strenghtening local government capacities in the field of local economic development and investment promotion. His work primarily focuses on cooperation with local governments and local economic development offices. One of his main tasks is the monitoring and realization of the international BFC SEE Business Friendly Certification in South East Europe (Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Croatia), and within the program he also engages as a lecturer at trainings for local governments and evaluators in the country an abroad. He also participated as a lecturer in trainings for future users of unified procedure system for construction permitting (EBPS) in Serbia. Since 2018, he has been an accredited by the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government for conducting professional development programs for local government officers for the topic “Implementation of e-government and digitalization of administration”. He participated in the organization of numerous events and conferences for NALED members and partners.

Ivana has been actively dealing with the matters of the United States through additional studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences following the completion of graduate studies, starting from 2006. As a Project Manager in NALED she has years of experience in the field of local economic development and regional cooperation. Since 2012 she has been responsible for promoting and improving the business-friendly environment standards among the local governments in Serbia and the region (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia and Macedonia). Within her team, Ivana is also in charge for developing and implementing models of cooperation between the public and private sectors with the aim of nurturing the dialogue and developing a sustainable business environment. She participated in numerous professional development seminars in the country and abroad, including the courses on corporate social responsibility, performance management, smart cities and improving local government competitiveness. Along with fluent English she also speaks Turkish language, with basic knowledge of Spanish.

Tatjana has been a part of NALED team since October 2014, forst as a Project Manager, later becoming Program Coordinator, and currently serves as the Head of the Project Preparation Unit. She works on developing and managing projects, monitoring and identifying potential donors and financing programs, identification of partners and cooperation coordination. She received her BA in Law and LL.M. in Legal Sciences in the field of consumer protection, including a passed Bar Exam and specialization in International Contract Law. In her career so far, she gained professional and managing experience by working on development programs with international, national and regional organizations, Government bodies, research and development institutions, academic institutions and private sector. Among them are the Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, European Center for Peace and Development (founded by the University for Peace of the United Nations), Agency for Deposit Insurance, Norwegian foundation SINTEF, International Development Norway company, etc.

Jelena joined NALED in 2019, as a consultant for the project Optimization plan for healthcare institutions network implemented by NALED for the Ministry of Healthcare, with the support of the World Bank, since 2020. she has been appointed as Project Manager. She has more than 15 years of professional experience on development programs in Serbia. She worked as project coordinator and finance expert on programs by Germand development bank KfW, KBC bank, UNDP, Economic department of the U.S. Embassy, EU municipal infrastrucure development project, IMF office in Belgrade. She is the author of the Financial Analysis course and she teaches at Belgian adult education web portal Coursle.org. She earned a magister degree at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, and she completed bachelor studies at Russian economic academy Plehanov. She expanded her professional knowledge at trainings organized by KfW, KBC Bank in Belgium, IMF Institute in Washington. She speaks English and Russian.

Ivana completed her studies in Molecular Biology and Physiology at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, has 15 years of work experience in the civil sector in the field of project management, strategic development and international cooperation, and her most recent experience was in the preparation and implementation of projects supported by various domestic and international donors such as: EU, USAID, UNICEF, UNDP, GIZ, embassies of different countries and ministries of the Republic of Serbia. Previously, she was engaged in the Startit Organization, first as the director of the project team, and then as the executive director, where she gained rich work experience on the entire project cycle, cooperation with donors and had the opportunity to work according to EU procedures. She worked on creating the framework and leading the process of developing a strategic plan for the European region of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, the largest youth organization in the world, and she was also the general secretary of the Serbian Scout Association and a member of the board of directors of the highest representative body of youth in Serbia - the Umbrella Organization of the Youth of Serbia (KOMS). She joined the NALED team in April 2023 in the position of Project Management Manager.

Stefanos completed Bachelor studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in 2016, International relations department, with an average grade 9.66, and he is currently in Master studies on “International humanitarian law and the human rights law” at the same Faculty. He is a scholar of the Young Talents Fund Dositeja and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. He gained his first work experience in NALED, within the Local Economic Development / Good Governance department, previously being engaged as an intern. He is mostly engaged on the development and functioning of the regional Business Friendly Certification (BFC SEE) program, providing major contribution for the development of BFC SEE e-software and website. He also provides support in the implementation of local economic development projects, the most significant being: Developing partnerships with the private sector in BFC SEE cities and municipalities, Developing models for sustainable capacities for local economic development in Serbia and Promotion of investment potentials in business friendly cities and municipalities. At the moment he is appointed as Good Governance Officer.   

Milica graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, department of International Relations, and master studies of USA, at the same faculty. During her studies she was a member of student organizations, a demonstrator for the subject Comparative politics and she attended a large number of seminars and trainings on the topic of gender equality. During her studies she attended internship at City Administration of Subotica, UNICEF and multinational company Erst&Young in Belgrade. After obtaining her bachelor degree and enrolling in master studies, Milica started working in a non-government organization European Movement in Serbia, on projects related to gender equality and regional cooperation. She is an alumni of the Popularna demokatija program implemented by the Westminster Foundation in cooperation with the Faculty of Political Sciences. Milica joined NALED in September 2020 as Good Governance Officer.

Aleksandra completed her undergraduate studies in International Politics at the Faculty of Political Sciences and her master’s degree in Financial Management, Control, and Accounting at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. With a decade of experience at the Ministry of Finance, serving as an Independent Advisor in the Sector for International Cooperation and European Integration, she has gained comprehensive knowledge of the entire project cycle, from preparation and programming to implementation of projects funded by EU funds and other bilateral donors. She also had the opportunity to participate in coordinating the development of the strategic document, the Public Financial Management Reform Program, as well as the implementation of the Sectoral Budget Support mechanism. She joined the NALED team in February 2024.

Uroš graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Political Science in 2016, majoring in International Politics. In addition, he gained two master’s degrees from the same Faculty, one in International Affairs and one in International Security, in 2018 and 2019. He was awarded with a scholarship by the OSCE Mission in Serbia and became a member of their alumni network. Furthermore, he is an author of several articles and policy papers in the area of international politics and security. During MA studies he was an intern in the NIS Group. Before joining NALED, Uroš was employed in the Ministry of Justice in Sector for European Integration and International Aid, as a Junior Advisor, engaged in projects funded by the EU IPA funds and cooperation with other state  institutions under project activities. Uroš joined NALED in February 2021 as an associate within Good Governance Department. He speaks English and Russian.

Aleksandar completed his basic academic studies at the Faculty of Security, University of Belgrade. During his studies, he worked on projects in the field of combating terrorism, participated in organizing conferences and panel discussions both at his home faculty and at the Faculty of Political Sciences. He became familiar with the work of the civil sector through the establishment of the Center for the Creation of Policies and Strategies, where he held the position of chairman of the board of directors. Aleksandar has completed a course for writing projects for EU funds, which, in addition to other trainings he attended, helped him during his work at the Center. Also, he has published two public policy proposals and one scientific paper. In parallel, he worked as a sales manager, where he developed communication and negotiation skills. Aleksandar joined the NALED team in June 2022.

Nikola graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, majoring in social work and social policy. He is currently attending master's studies at the faculty of the same name, majoring in Public Administration, Local Self-Government and Public Policy. Since his high school days, he has been active in the non-governmental sector in his native Knjaževac, where he participated in numerous projects in the areas of local and youth activism, multiculturalism, children's rights and environmental protection, and is currently a member of the Youth Advisory Body of the Knjaževac municipality. Nikola joined the NALED team as a project implementation practitioner where he will be involved in the ongoing activities of the Department for Good Governance. 

Milica Dolašević completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, specializing in Human and Social Resource Management, and earned the title of Bachelor of Security Management. During her studies, she attended numerous seminars, training sessions, and conferences on personal development, security, and human resource management. She gained her professional experience in direct field sales. She joined the NALED team in December 2022.    

Ivona Mitrović graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade with a degree in International Relations. She gained her initial work experience at Transcom as a Customer Service Representative, where she handled calls from clients in the United Kingdom, providing information about various products in English. Subsequently, she worked as an HR Intern at ZF in Pančevo, where she was part of the recruitment and selection team. Her primary responsibilities included organizing and scheduling interviews, coordinating and collaborating with recruiters, managing reference processes, conducting phone interviews, sending rejection letters, communicating with recruitment agencies, creating job advertisements, and participating in the implementation of a new cycle of ZF internships. She joined the NALED team in December 2022.    

Milica Prpa completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, earning a degree in International Relations. She is currently pursuing a Master's program in Environmental Policy at the same faculty. She has completed an internship at the Ministry of Environmental Protection in the Department for International Cooperation, Projects, and Climate Change, as well as an internship through the "European Affairs Skills 4 Youth" program. During her undergraduate studies, she was involved in activism within civil society organizations, focusing on education and the promotion of civic participation. She joined the NALED team in January 2024.    

Dušan has been dealing with regulatory reforms in the field of public administration and economic development since 2001. He has cooperated with NALED in various roles, ever since the organization was established, currently as a Competitiveness and Investments Department Director. He took part in devising the concept and realizing NALED's Grey Book, the campaign Ask When, the Regulatory Index of Serbia and the Business Friendly Certification in South East Europe. Some of the reforms where he had one of the leading roles refer to the issues of real estate registration, construction permitting, abolishing para-fiscal charges, labor legislation, property taxation, land use and development fees, decentralization and strengthening the authorities and capacities of local governments. He is a member of multiple working groups established by the Government and line ministries, including the Joint Group for Improving Serbia's Position in the World Bank's Doing Business List. From 2018 to early 2019 he was a senior expert in business legislation for the Serbia Investment Climate project by IFC as part of the World Bank Group. Prior to this, he was a Business Policy and Economic Governance Director in USAID Business Enabling Project (USAID BEP), and later served as the Deputy Chief of Party for the same project. From 2002 to 2010 he led policy teams in USAID projects dealing with decentralization and local economic development. From 2001 he was Project Director in the Public Administration and Local Government Center (PALGO). He has a PhD degree in economics, a Magister degree in local economic development, and he graduated from the Faculty o Political Sciences in Belgrade. He was a Visiting Fellow at the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy from Boston, USA, and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Political Sciences. His expert and scientific works have been published in Serbian, English and Spanish.

Jasmina graduated from the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade, the International Law department in 2001, after completing the I Belgrade Gymnasium. As part of the second generation of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, in 2002 she specialized in European Union legislation within an international program organized in cooperation with the European University of Nancy. Early work engagement in the area of finance encouraged Jasmina to continue post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Law in the Commercial Law department, earning a Magister cum laude degree in 2005 with the thesis “Fusion of companies in Yugoslavia and the EU”. Crowning her knowledge and experience in various areas of law, she passed the national judicial exam in 2007 before the Ministry of Justice, and the bar exam in 2016 before the Belgrade Chamber of Lawyers. From 2013 to 2016 she engaged in research work for a PhD thesis in the field of commercial crimes. She attended English course in London in 2001. Parallel with professional development programs, she has been building a years-long career in the banking sector. From 2002 to 2010 she gained priceless work experience in as Legal Affairs Coordinator in Srpska Banka, moving to the position of Assistant Director in Jubmes bank in 2010, and later the Legal Affairs Director. She has been a member of NALED team since October 2017 dealing with policy reform (Law on Registration in the Real Estate and Utility Lines Cadaster, Law on Fees for Use of Public Goods, Insolvency Law, Company Law, Law on Public Procurement, Law on Litigation Procedure etc.), coordinating the activities regarding the World Bank's Doing Business report, being a part of working groups and projects (for elimination of stamps, urban and rural land consolidation, optimization of procedures, informal employment etc.) and coordinating the work of Property and Investment Alliance and BFC Club. 

Irena has eight years of experience in regulatory reform in the field of digitization, entrepreneurship and innovation gained by working on projects supported by international and bilateral donors (EU, GIZ, USAID), currently in the position of Head of the Unit for Digitization, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in NALED. She is the author of numerous analyzes in this domain, including the Gray Book of Innovations, Analyzes of the expansion of the system of simplified engagement of workers in temporary and casual jobs, Analyzes of the tax and non-tax burden of beginners in business, Guide for freelancers, etc. In her previous work, she actively contributed to the introduction of the first tax exemption for business beginners, the reform of the system of hiring seasonal workers and freelancers, the legal regulation and recognition of innovative entities in Serbia, as well as the conditions for the use of light electric vehicles and the testing of autonomous vehicles on roads. She is a regular member of the Government's working groups for drafting and amending regulations in the field of digitization, entrepreneurship, and innovation, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the Tax Administration, she coordinated the development of a software solution for simplified reporting of freelancers' income. So far, she has organized and held more than 50 trainings for public servants and entrepreneurs on the topic of tax breaks for small businesses and innovators, freelancer income reporting, smart cities, etc. She completed her basic studies in journalism at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade as a student of the generation, and after that she completed her multidisciplinary master's studies in Terrorism, Organized Crime and Security at the University of Belgrade. She is currently studying for a PhD in Political Science at the University of Aveiro in Portugal. She speaks English and Italian

Ana has many years of experience in regulatory reform in the field of digitization with a special focus on reform within the public sector. For over five years, she has been managing the projects and activities of NALED in the field of digitization and eGovernment. She significantly contributed to the implementation of several reforms in the field of public administration, such as the introduction of counters in municipalities and cities throughout Serbia for registration on the eGovernment Portal, the introduction of the local eGovernment index, but also reforms related to the improvement of the economic environment, such as optimization and digitization the procedure for calculating the tax on the transfer of absolute rights in the procedure of buying and selling used vehicles and amending the Law on Business Companies in the part where companies are required to register on the e-Government Portal. In her previous work, she participated in over 20 working groups of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the amendment of regulations in the field of digitalization. She completed her undergraduate and master's studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences. She speaks English and French.

Nikola graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad in 2011. He then successfully completed two master's degrees: European Law at the Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade in 2015, and Public Procurement Management at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome in 2014 as an EBRD scholarship recipient. He was engaged with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce from December 2014. He spent three years at the Center for Investment Support and Public-Private Partnership as a specialist in public-private partnership. After that, he worked for a year at the Economic Affairs Center as an advisor on labor relations and state aid. For the last two years, he worked at the Innovation Service as an independent advisor for innovations, providing information on funding sources, current regulations, and participating in activities for the development of the innovation ecosystem in Serbia. Since March 2021, he has been part of the NALED team. He speaks fluent English and German and is proficient in French and Portuguese. He is currently in the second year of his PhD studies in Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.

Dušan completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He began building his professional experience in the field of financial leasing at "Hypo Alpe-Adria Leasing," where he worked as a Legal Advisor. Following this, he met the requirements to take and successfully passed the judicial exam before the Ministry of Justice. Dušan then transitioned to the banking sector, holding the position of Senior Legal Advisor at several commercial banks, with a focus on debt collection. His most recent role was at MaxBet in the Compliance Department, where he actively worked on regulatory monitoring, business compliance, data protection, and the development of internal policies. He joined the NALED team in May 2024.

Aleksandar completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at the Faculty of International Economics and his master's studies in Political Science at the Faculty of Political Sciences. He began building his professional experience at the Ministry of European Integration as a Coordinator for Negotiation Chapters related to the Single Market, where he was involved in coordinating and participating in Serbia's EU accession negotiations and conducting comparative analysis of Serbia's legal and economic systems in alignment with EU standards. He then moved to the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade in the Sector for Multilateral Cooperation and Foreign Trade Policy, where he worked on trade and economic cooperation with the EU, coordinated the National Coordination Body for trade facilitation between Serbia and the public and private sectors, and developed Action Plans for trade facilitation. Throughout his career, he has furthered his education, including at Sciences Po in Paris, interned in Slovenia and Poland, attended training in Geneva on the functioning of the World Trade Organization, and lectured on the EU Single Market at the Future Studies module of the Belgrade Open School and the PoliticKAS module. He joined the NALED team in May 2024.  

Jelena graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of East Sarajevo. During her student days, she was active in the NGO sector through membership and active work in a youth organization. She gained her first work experience in the profession while doing an internship at the Kastratović Law Office in Belgrade. After a two-year internship, she got a job at the "Branko Ćopić" elementary school in Belgrade, in the position of lawyer-secretary, where she performed all the legal tasks necessary for the functioning of this institution. She also worked as a lawyer-secretary at the Institute for the Education of Children and Youth in Belgrade, where, in addition to managing the general affairs department, she conducted public procurement procedures, drew up contracts, kept staff and personnel records of employees and all other necessary legal tasks. Jelena is engaged in the Unit for Property and Investments as an Associate for Regulatory Reform.  

Nevena completed Bachelor studies at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Belgrade, within the department of Politicology. She gained her first work experience in the municipality of Cukarica, in the Property, Legal and Housing Affairs department, being engaged as an intern. She spent two and a half years at the civil society organization Crta - Center for Research, Transparency and Accountability, working on improvement of the transparency, openness and participation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia through the Open Parliament Initiative. She is an alumni of Crta's Academy for Democracy and OSCE Dialogue Academy for Young Women. She was a short-term observer at the Croatian president elections and at the elections for councilors for the Assembly of the City of Belgrade. She speaks English. Nevena joined the NALED team in June 2021 as an associate within the Entrepreneurship and Investments department.

Ilija completed his undergraduate and master's studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Belgrade and earned the title of Master of Political Science in International Affairs. Already during his studies, he had the opportunity to intern at the Youth Initiative for Human Rights on the "Justice and Reconciliation" program, and he also stayed at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Zagreb as part of a student exchange. He was a participant in numerous programs related to reconciliation and cooperation of young people in the Western Balkans. He was also the recipient of a scholarship from the "Studenica" Foundation, as well as a scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. Ilija joined NALED in 2021 as policy intern, after which he moved to the position of policy officer in 2022. Today, he is in the position of policy specialist in the Unit for Digitization, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. He speaks English.

Jovana graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, majoring in international relations. During her studies, she was a member of the School of Sustainable Development and Ecology" - CEDEM and a member of the BIMUN (Belgrade International Model United Nations) conference in the Economic and Social Committee. Jovana peaks 3 languages ​​perfectly: English, French and Italian. She wants to develop her work experience and knowledge in a progressive and innovative system that contributes to the improvement of the business environment in Serbia. She joined the NALED team as an Intern for Regulatory Reform.

Petar Slavković completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Management with a focus on International Business at the Faculty of Economics. During his studies, he was actively involved in civil society organizations aimed at raising public awareness about current issues and potential solutions. He joined the NALED team in January 2024.

During her career Milica has gained unparalleled experience working for more than 15 years with the private, public and civil sectors in Serbia and across the SEE region. As a marketing major, she was first engaged by Link group a leading company in IT education, to design product placement mechanisms and promotional materials. From 2007 through 2010, Milica held a post in USAID’s Municipal Economic Growth Activity (MEGA) program where she developed specific expertise in the field of local economic development and investment promotion as marketing advisor to more than 30 local government in Serbia. She continued her career as marketing manager in NALED, and soon grew to become Communications and Development Director. As a prominent member of NALED’s senior management team, Milica is in charge of NALED's strategic communications and positioning, public advocacy campaigns and events, creative solutions and membership development. Since 2021 she also serves as a Team Leader of the National initiative for cashless payments. She holds a master's degree from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, with certificates in business planning, marketing (Academic Training Association) and investment promotion (FIAS, World Bank). She attended professional development programs in the USA, China and India. She is a member of Mensa and NALED’s Ethics Committee.

Višnja received her Bachelor degree from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Belgrade, studying Polish language and literature at the Slavic department. She gained expert training and fifteen years in various positions and jobs in the banking sector, while strengthening her managerial skills as a Branch Office Director.  She joined NALED team in July 2015 as Membership Development Manager. Her main responsibilities at this position include the designing of membership development strategies, developing cooperation with the existing members, attracting and engaging new members from the local government, business and CSO sectors, promoting NALED's values and ideas, and defining new activities and programs for members.

Maja is marketing professional who has been working 20+ years in Marketing and Communications with several national and global companies, in domains of branding, advertising, digital marketing, CSR, leadership and crisis communications. She has joined NALED in 2021 as Head of Marketing Unit. Maja earned her PhD degree on the subject “Importance of Establishing Brand Cultures” at The European Carolus Magnus University in Brussels in 2009. She successfully obtained Master of Science degree and Bachelor at Belgrade Faculty of Economics in the field of Marketing as one of the best students in her class. Her first job was with the New Moment marketing agency, and position with Serbian Chamber of Commerce followed. In 2008, she accepted Head of Marketing role in, at the time, newly established KBC Bank. She continued working in Serbian finance sector in AXA, one of the leading global insurance company, famous for its strong brand and innovative approach. Maja spent nearly three years as a Marketing Manager in BDO Serbia, member of international network of public accounting, tax and advisory firms. Working in ASUS as Marketing Manager for Balkans was her latest role. She has written several expert articles, published in various marketing magazines in Serbia.    

Jovana has been working in NALED since 2012 as Marketing and Communications Assistant, becoming Marketing Coordinator in April 2018. Within the Marketing team, she participates in promotional activities, event and campaign management, preparation of materials, communication through digital channels and translates all printed and online materials. With excellent knowledge of English, since the beginning of her studies she has been working as a translator in various areas, developing expertise in this vocation. She gained previous experience in the civil sector, working on the projects of education in the field of reproductive health and rights for vulnerable population. She is particularly interested in online marketing, marketing research and entrepreneurship. She graduated from the Faculty of Philology, group Spanish language and Hispanic literature. Wishing to expand her education, after graduating, she completed Master studies in the field of Marketing management at the Faculty of Economy in Belgrade, with Master thesis "Contribution of Destination Marketing to Investment Promotion". She expands her knowledge at various trainings such as the "Certificate Course in Performance Management" in New Delhi, India. 

Milica gained professional experience in communications and marketing during many years of work on the development and implementation of external and internal communication strategies, brand management, corporate responsibility and public relations program planning, both in smaller and multinational companies. Milica gained experience in promoting and improving the business environment, developing and organizing events, as well as establishing and nurturing relationships with member companies while working in the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Milica speaks English and German fluently, and she edited all communication channels and bilingual publications of the chamber. She joined NALED in November 2021 in the position of manager for communications, events and CSR.

Stefani has been working more than 15 years within civil sector and domestic companies. Initiated cooperation with international organizations as a Field Coordinator on USAID /CRDA program, being in charge of four municipalities in Western Serbia. Responsible for coordination, management and reporting on all projects within regional office. As a team member, participated in the development of one of the first municipal LED strategies in Serbia. After short-term engagement in Group 484 at the position of Project Coordinator Assistant, she continues her career at pharmaceutical company Inpharm, later moving to the position of MoneyGram Team Assistant, dealing with introducing money transfer services into the Serbian banking market. She has gained specific work experience working at the biggest media company in the Balkans - Adria Media Group at the position of General Administrative Coordinator and Personal Assistant to CEO. She became NALED team member in 2015, taking the position of Administrative Assistant, later holding the positions of Project and Administration Assistant and Membership Officer, maintaining continuous contact with NALED members and partners. She graduated at the Polytechnic Academy in Belgrade, holding Bachelor degree in Economy. Attended courses and trainings in the field of LED, project management and negotiation techniques. Speaks English and Greek.

Sanja graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, majoring in journalism and communication, and during her studies she wrote for the weekly Vreme. She continued her career at the eKapija business portal, where she rose from the position of journalist to deputy editor-in-chief. After that, Sanja moved to Diplomacy and Commerce magazine, where she ended her journalistic career. She started dealing with external communications for international clients at the well-known Belgrade agency Color media communications, from where she moved to the Executive group, and she continued to apply this experience at Mozzart, where she was in charge of PR and CSR. She improved her knowledge at numerous seminars and trainings in the country and the region, the most important of which are those organized by the Council of Europe. She joined the NALED team in July 2022.

Andrea completed her graduate studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University in Belgrade, as well as master studies in politicology, defending a master thesis "Political parody as a form of election strategy". During her studies, she was an active member of non-government organization Student Union Vršac, organizing sport manifestations and educational workshops for students. She was one of the founders of the first students' web portal in Vršac. She took part in the organization of major dancing competition and festivals. She gained practical knowledge in the field of marketing and journalism through internships in marketing agencies and the media, and she is currently one of the organizers of Vršac online conference wwvrsac. She joined NALED in October 2018, first as an intern in the Communications team, undertaking the position of Communications Assistant after six months. 

Aleksandra joined NALED in 2019, initially as an intern and later as a Public Relations Officer. She actively participates in the preparation and implementation of PR campaigns, the drafting of press releases, and other promotional materials. She responds to media inquiries, contributes to event organization, and, as a representative of the PR Unit, works on the execution of multiple projects simultaneously as a member of project teams. Her main focus lies in promoting and presenting priorities in the field of public procurement, environmental protection, food and agriculture, healthcare digitization, and addressing issues in property and legal relationships. Her previous experience in the non-governmental sector and efforts to improve the business regulatory framework were gained at the American Chamber of Commerce  (AmCham), where she served as a marketing and communications intern.

Anja completed her basic studies at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade, majoring in Management and Organization. She continued her master's studies at the same faculty, on the Project and Investment Management module. During her studies, she was a member of the student organization ESTIEM LG Belgrade, within which she organized various projects and thus gained practical experience in the field of project management, marketing and public relations. As part of the organizational team, she took part in the world IT conference called "eMagine Conference powered by Robert Bosch". She successfully completed the course "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People powered by Methods and Franklin Covey", and has a certificate of successfully completing the real business simulation "Cesim Global Challenge Business Simulation". Too, as part of the organizational team, she was involved in the projects: Case Study Show, EduFair and Serbia Open. She joined the NALED communications and development team in July 2021, in the position of intern for membership development and CSR. 

Ramona Đorđević completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Culture and Media, earning a degree in Communication. She began her first internship at the marketing agency "Origo Advertising," where she primarily focused on digital marketing, including social media management and content creation. Following this, she moved to the Student Cultural Center (SKC), where, as a volunteer, she worked on developing media relations strategies, seeking high-profile placements in print, electronic, and online media, and creating marketing communication plans. She joined the NALED team in January 2024.

Bojana graduated in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, University in Belgrade. During her studies she was awarded scholarship by the Republic of Serbia. Starting from 2007 she gained experience in human resources management in international companies in finance, FMCG and the IT sector. She started her career in UNIQA Insurance, a member of Austrian UNIQA Group, taking part in laying the foundation and establishing the function of HR development, being its manager from 2012 to 2015, continuing her career in Atlantic Group where she was in charge of human resources management within the strategic unit of the Distribution Group. She specialized in the field of talent attraction, assessment and development, the design and development of compensation and benefits plans, monitoring and improvement of employee performance and satisfaction, development and implementation of leadership programs and the overall strategic and operational HR management. She has been continuously building upon her formal education by following the global trends and tools in the field of HR development, and improving her managerial skills in numerous trainings and workshops. She is a licensed advisor with advanced education level in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. She is a member of the Psychological Association of Serbia. She has been a part of NALED team since the beginning of 2018, building up the function of HR organization and development.

Adis graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and passed Bar Examination at the Ministry of Justice of Serbia. Throughout seventeen years of work experience, he worked as a law clerk and then as a lawyer in the civil matter, labor relations, contractual relations and business law contracts, as well as in the field of foreign trade turnover. From 2001 he worked as an internal auditor to implement the application of regulations, rules and procedures of USAID, DAI and implementation of project activities of USAID's project SLGRP dealing with the reform of local government. During a period of five years, he worked as an Internal auditor and HR Manager in USAID's MEGA project that dealt with local economic development, being engaged in the process of drafting rules and procedures, and implementing labor legislation and regulations of positive law. Joined NALED from September 2011 where he is engaged mostly in monitoring and promoting regulatory reforms relevant for businesses and business improvement, and monitoring the process of adopting relevant by-laws. He also worked on human resources and contracting tasks, and since 2015 he has been dealing with electronic construction permitting, the unified permitting procedure and the work of Call Center for the implementation of the Law on Planning and Construction, and starting from 2024. he started working in Procurement Department.

Luka completed his basic studies in psychology at the Faculty of Media and Communications, and he started gaining his first work experience in the last year of study in 2017, first as an intern in the human resources department of the Metropol Hotel, soon after which he was employed as the Human Resources Coordinator at the Metropol Hotel. His career further led him to the position of Human Resources Manager at the Mama Shelter Hotel in Belgrade, after which he returned to the Metropol Hotel, also to the position of Human Resources Manager. His last job was at the MK Group, where as HR Business Partner he was in charge of the hotel division - Grand Hotel on Kopaonik, Sheraton Hotel in Novi Sad and 88 Rooms Hotel in Belgrade.

Marija graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, department of International Law. During her studies, she took part in various conferences and tribunes improving her communication skills and learning about business practices in the field of law. During her last year of studies, she attended internship in a law office, gaining her first professional experience in the field of law. She successfully completed the MS Office course at Oxford Academy. She joined NALED in September 2020 as HR intern.

Ana graduated from the School of Law and Business and thus obtained the title of professional manager. She gained her first work experience in the First Basic Court in Belgrade in administrative and technical work, and then in the business company "Kalman" and the company "Mondo vino M&G" in administrative, marketing and assistant work. She gained experience in marketing in her PR agency, especially in the field of social networks. Ana joined NALED in July 2021 in the position of administrative assistant in the Operative department.

Ana completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, where she was a multiple-time recipient of scholarships from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia and the Faculty of Law. She passed the judicial examination before the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia and the bar examination before the Bar Association of Serbia. She began her professional journey with internships at Findomestik and Raiffeisen Bank. Her career then took her to the Republic of Serbia’s Restitution Agency, where she focused on property, administrative, and inheritance law, in addition to office law. She continued to build her experience at the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade, working on drafting decisions, judgments, and providing legal assistance. Ana later transitioned into private practice, gaining experience at two renowned law firms before establishing her own law office. In her legal practice, she primarily provided legal assistance in various aspects of Serbian and international business law, including client representation in court proceedings, negotiation, and the conclusion of judicial and out-of-court settlements. Her experience has mainly covered civil, contractual, property, and labor law, though she has also dealt with other branches, with a particular affinity for contractual and property law. She joined the NALED team in June 2024.    

Tanja is a final-year student at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, majoring in Trade Marketing and Management. She completed secondary economic school in Užice, specializing in Business Administration. She is one of the founders of the civil society organization NGO "Moj Krug," where she also held the position of a member of the Supervisory Board. This organization is the first founded by young adults without parental care to help their peers face the societal challenges they encounter when leaving social protection. In cooperation with “FICE Serbia,” “SOS Children's Villages Serbia,” and “Moj Krug,” she participated in the preparation and implementation of the summer youth camp "Moje sutra" for around 200 young people from vulnerable groups in Divčibare on the topic "Let's Do Something Today for a Better Tomorrow," where she was part of the organization and worked as a trainer and co-trainer of workshops on topics such as getting to know each other, "My Life Now" and "My Life from Tomorrow." Since 2017, she has been attending a professional development course in the areas of higher education, pensions, and social security at "Concept for Life," Belgrade. In 2017, she worked for Raiffeisen Bank as a credit intermediary in retail locations, Comtrade, Delta City. She joined the NALED team in 2017.

Anđela earned her degree in Management from the Faculty of Law and Business at the "MB" University in Belgrade. She gained her initial work experience during her studies at "Poslovni Informacioni Sistemi," where she handled various administrative tasks. She then continued her career at "Sistem Sport," where she was involved in various HR and legal functions, as well as preparing documentation for board meetings, including those of the assembly, management, and supervisory boards. Her most recent role was at "AMS Osiguranje," where she worked as an administrator in the claims department for bodily and property damages. Her responsibilities included managing, organizing, filling out, and updating databases and documentation, handling mail, and providing comprehensive administrative support to managers and the executive team. She joined the NALED team in August 2023.

Branko graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Belgrade University in 2003. He has been director of the Public Debt Administration at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia in period January 2012 - August 2018. His main responsibilities were - management of the Republic of Serbia public debt operations on the local and international capital market; monitoring of the investment projects financed from multilateral and bilateral sources and risk management. He significantly contributed to the development of the Serbian Government securities market with the introduction of new financial instruments and operations on the financial market (long-term dinar bonds, Eurobonds, buy-back operations, retail saving bonds). Prior to joining the Public Debt Administration, he was Deputy Treasurer at the Treasury Administration - Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia from 2009 to 2011. He started his career at the Public Debt Unit in the Ministry of Finance and Economy in 2003. From 2005 until 2009, he worked in the Electric Power Industry of Serbia, Delta Generali Insurance, Atos Consulting Ltd., ABS Minel and SAFEGE. He gained experience as consultant on DFID, European Commission and World Bank projects. He joined NALED Finance Department in January 2019 as finance advisor.

Biljana graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Niš with a degree in Business Economics. She began her professional career at BBP, working in the marketing and accounting departments. She then moved to Centar Boban doo, where she worked as a commercial specialist, and later to Alpa doo, where she performed accounting duties. In 2007, she founded BDL Sistem doo, a company providing accounting and tax consulting services, and has been collaborating with NALED in the field of accounting and tax consulting since then. Biljana holds a certification as a licensed accountant and is a member of the Serbian Association of Accountants and Auditors. She joined the NALED Executive Office team in December 2022.

Milica completed both her undergraduate and master’s studies in Finance, Banking, and Insurance at the Faculty of Economics in Niš. She began her career at the Center for Research, Transparency, and Accountability (CRTA), where she progressed from an intern to the position of Finance and Administration Coordinator in the financial department. In this role, she was responsible for the financial management and reporting of projects funded by various donors, including USAID, Sida, the British Embassy, and OEBS. Following this, she continued her career at the Belgrade Open School, working on environmental protection projects (with the German Society for International Cooperation - GIZ and USAID) as well as on projects for the development of civil society. Her interest in projects dates back to high school when she took her first courses in project management. She joined the NALED team in February 2023.

Vladimir gained his first work experience in 2002 at the Supreme Court of Serbia in archive and administrative roles, and then in the private sector, in retail of telecommunications equipment. Since 2005, he has worked as a shop and retail manager at Roaming Electronics, where he is responsible for supervising and coordinating sales and marketing staff, as well as external communication with partners. In 2008, he began working as logistical support for organizing events and promotional activities for clients at the Cypriot company Ultima Communications. He has been part of the NALED team since 2009, working on various tasks, and since April 2024, he has held the position of Manager for Logistics and Technical Support.

Vladimir gained his first work experience in 2006 in the company “Protector Security System” as the Head of Transport, performing the tasks of logistics and business management and actively engaging in designing the company's work policy, where his loyalty and responsibility particularly came into focus. In June 2010 he joined NALED as a Logistics Officer, being appointed as Motor Pool Coordinator in April 2018. He is in charge of logistics support in event management, administrative affairs and motor pool maintenance. Experienced in delivery, procurement, supplies and able to provide comprehensive support towards successful completion of complex projects.

Bojana completed graduate studies in 2017 at the Faculty of Economics, University in Belgrade, department of Finance, Banking and Insurance, earning the title of Ba Economist. She gained the first practical experience in Sberbank and Galenika Klirit. Upon graduating, she started working in National Statistics Office of Serbia as Statistics Analyst in the field of industry and energy. She joined NALED's Finance and Administration team in July 2018, currently holding the position of Finance Officer. 

Jelena gained her extensive work experience since 2002 on USAID's Sustainable Local Government Reform Program as Administration Officer, being engaged on the preparation of seminars, workshops, meetings and other events, and the organization of catering and the procurement of promotional material. Starting from 2006 she continued working on USAID MEGA program, taking part in the organization of larger events such as conferences and workshops. She occasionally also took up the tasks of reception and the finance department. In 2011 she took part in the completion of MEGA program, and starting from 2012 she was ocasional associate in the Ministry of Culture of Turkey, being engaged in th organization of public events such as the Turkey Days of Culture and Tourism Fair. From 2014 to 2019 Jelena also worked in the finance sector of Studio Externi as a teller. She joined NALED in December 2019 as NALED Lab Officer. 

Ljubomir graduated in economics from the Singidunum Faculty and thus gained the title of qualified economist/manager in tourism. He started his career in direct sales, where, in addition to working in the field, he was also in charge of giving presentations about the products themselves. Ljubomir comes from NAVAK (National Driving Academy), where as a safe driving coach he was in charge of training in safe driving, sports and security driving. In addition to practical, he also gave theoretical lectures, in Serbian and English. He was also involved in the organization of events and leading the group through the prepared program, and he was also responsible for taking care of the vehicles.

Milica completed her basic studies at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, majoring in statistics, informatics and quantitative finance. After her studies, Milica wants to learn and develop further in the field of finance. Also, she is an active member of the KUD Dimitrije Koturović, where she plays the flute, and in her free time she likes to write songs and do photography. She joined the NALED team in April 2022 in the position of Finance and Administration Intern in the Finance and Projects Department

Aleksandar Matić completed his undergraduate studies in Finance and Banking at the Belgrade Banking Academy, and earned his Master’s degree in Economics from the same institution in 2022. Economics has always been his primary interest, and during his studies, he sought to gain additional knowledge and inspiration for further development by participating in various academic projects, attending professional extracurricular lectures, and engaging in seminars. He joined the NALED team in December 2022.

Dušan is a mechanical repair technician by profession, he started working immediately after finishing high school and has already accumulated 7 years of work experience before joining NALED. At the beginning of his career, he was engaged in a courier service, delivering packages and working in a warehouse, after which he moved to a service specialized in grinding and polishing various materials, where he stayed for 3 years and from where he got a job in the laundry at the Palace Hotel, from which after several years of work, he joined NALED team in September 2024.

Aleksa is a fourth-year student of Software and Information Engineering at the Technical Faculty of Singidunum University. He works as a Junior IT Support Specialist at "PIA DS," where he is responsible for providing technical support. He joined the NALED team in September 2023.

Aleksandra Botić graduated in Tourism and Hospitality from Singidunum University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Systems at the same institution. During her studies, she gained practical experience through various internships. She first interned at the construction company "Geoinžinjering," where she handled administrative tasks such as working with invoices and bills. She then worked at Hotel Heritage, where she managed guest relations at the reception and organized city tours for hotel guests. Following this, she interned at the travel agency "Royal Tours," where she collaborated with legal entities, government bodies, and ministries of the Republic of Serbia, arranged accommodations, and maintained communication with various hotels abroad via email and phone. Her most recent internship was at an accounting agency. She joined the NALED team in January 2024.
