Fair Competition Alliance

The Fair Competition Alliance was formed in May 2014, at the initiative of NALED and socially responsible companies, and it is the oldest alliance within NALED. The Alliance provides support to the Government in defining and implementing specific measures and policies for the establishment of fair competition and combating the shadow economy, as well as raising public awareness about the causes and consequences of illegal business operations and trade, with the preparation of the Program for Suppressing of the Shadow Economy as one of its key tasks.

The prioritety activities of the Fair Competition Alliance include:

  • Improvement of the fiscalization system and expansion of the coverage of cashless payments,
  • Implementation of the electronic invoice exchange system,
  • Increase in business predictability and reduction of parafiscal burdens,
  • Regulatory framework for flexible forms of employment and reduction of fiscal burdens on labor,
  • Enhancement of inspection oversight,
  • Implementation and reporting on the Program for Combating the Informal Economy
