National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) is independent, non-profit and non-partisan association of businesses, local governments and civil society organizations which work together on creating favorable conditions for living and working in Serbia. Since it was established in 2006, NALED has grown into the largest public-private association bringing together more than 300 members, with a partner network involving more than 100 state institutions and international organizations.
NALED has positioned itself as the key partner to the Government and Parliament in defining the regulatory priorities and legal solutions significant for businesses in Serbia. NALED members advocate the goals of efficient state administration, cutting the red tape and para-fiscal burden to businesses, and establishing fair competition.
NALED provides an independent evaluation of the public administration performance, and reports to the public and the European Commission about the reform status in Serbia, all with the aim of improving the business climate and encouraging economic growth in our country.
