The National Employment Service will keep a registry of seasonal workers, which will provide information about the knowledge and skills offered by potential employment candidates. This will ease the work not only for the employers, knowing which seasonal workers to hire for what tasks, but also ensure benefit for the seasonal workers as they will be able to find work more easily.

The model of seasonal workers registration could additionally reduce informal employment in Serbia, and this could be achieved in numerous industries involving seasonal or temporary works, which also call for more relaxed administration - construction, tourism, hospitality, household works.
