The findings of online survey among freelancers

NALED, in cooperation with the National Public Policy Secretariat, is developing an Analysis of flexible forms of work engagement in Serbia. For the purpose of this analysis, a survey has been conducted among freelancers working in our country. The survey fundings can be found at the following link (in Serbian), and they will be further used for developing the entire Analysis which will be publicly available on NALED website in late December.

The ultimate goal of the analysis is to observe the current conditions and indicate the problems with the regulations and in practice, and define possible directions of reform and provide recommendations for improving the current or introducing new forms of labor into the legal flows, so as to enable workers to exercise their labor-related rights.
