NALED and the University of Belgrade, with the support of the German Development Cooperation and KPMG, are launching a student debate competition "Tax Debate: Carrot or Stick?" with the aim of educating and involving young people in the fight against shadow economy and strengthening tax culture in our country.

The beginning of the competition will be announced in a panel discussion "Tax culture in Serbia and how to improve it" which will be broadcast live on the www.uzmiracun.rs website, on Tuesday, November 10 from 13:00.

On this occasion, NALED members, interested students and the general public will be able to learn more about the importance of paying taxes, key factors of tax culture, experiences and best practices in implementing incentives and repressive measures to strengthen fiscal responsibility, but also nominate questions to professors, local and international experts from relevant institutions and the economy via the Sli.do platform.
