Slobodan graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, department "Finance, banking and insurance". In 2012, he earned a Master degree from the Faculty of Law, University in Belgrade with a thesis "Allowed forms of state aid in competition law of Serbia and the EU". He attended additional trainings within a Seminar on Trade and Environment Issues for Developing Countries held in Beijing in 2011 and Seminar on Sustainable Development in Venice in 2013. He has been a member of NALED team since 2010, holding the positions of Project Manager, Economic Analyst and currently, Project Coordinator. He has coordinated and participated in the implementation of numerous projects regarding the issues of public finance, fiscal policy, environment protection, public policies on the local and national level. As part of NALED's Policy team, he has been a co-author and associate in developing a large number of studies and analyses related to policy reform and business environment assessment, such as the Grey Book, Regulatory Index of Serbia, Quarterly report on regulatory reform status etc.

Sanja joined NALED team in November 2019 as Policy Coordinator, covering the issues of environmental protection. Since 2008, she has been working on selected sector policies important for the european integration process of Serbia, while from 2011 on environmental policy  - concreatly coordination  of international development assistance and EU funds for the environment sector. She started the career working on projects related to EU accession process of Serbia in the European Movement of Serbia. Aftrwards she was working for the Government of the Republic of Serbia on EU Macroregional Strategy for the Danube Region, and later on within the Serbian European Integration Office (now-Ministry of European Integration) made specific profesional orientation toward environmental protection area. During 9 years working on coordination of international development assisstance, she worked on the development of strategic, planning and program documents regarding the use of EU and international assistance, including the instrument of pre-accession assistance – IPA. She was working on programing and monitoring on numerous infrastructural projects in the area of environment and on coordination of development of technical documentation in line with serbian and EU standards. In the process of defining priorities for funding, she coordinated numerous national institutions and cooperate with international organizations. She attended trainings and seminars in the country and abroad on sustainable development, solid waste and waste water management. Sanja graduated on the Faculty of Political Science, and she is currently attending Master studies in environmental policy. She speaks English.

Todo completed his basic studies at the Faculty of Agriculture on the Agroeconomics module, and last year he enrolled in the Master's studies at the same Faculty on the Agrarian and Rural Development module. As a final year student, he became a member of the first generation of the volunteer center of the PUC of the Belgrade City Market, which is launching a project to manage organic waste in the markets. After completing his undergraduate studies, he moved to the National Association for Organic Production Serbia Organica, where he provided active support to the membership in the process of certification and participation in domestic and international fairs. After that, he worked as an advisor for agro-economics at the Agricultural Advisory and Expert Service of Serbia, where he participated in the transfer of knowledge to agricultural producers. His last employment was with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management. where he worked on programming the measures of the IPARD program, which contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of primary agricultural production and processing of agricultural products and the development of rural infrastructure. He graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He joined the NALED team in April 2023.

Dragana completed her undergraduate and master’s studies in Somatopedics at the Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation in Belgrade. She began her professional career at the “Multiple Sclerosis Society of Serbia,” where she worked as a project manager and contributor, engaging in communication with relevant institutions, collaboration with sponsors and donors, project preparation and implementation, reporting and budgeting, and maintaining and managing the organization’s networks. She also served as the editor-in-chief of the magazine Moj MS Svet. Over the past two years, she has been engaged at the “Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution” (C4) as a project manager, where she had the opportunity to work on various initiatives, including drafting proposals for improving the clinical trials regulatory framework in Serbia, the Law on Health Documentation and Records in the Healthcare System, and the initiative for establishing a Registry of Genetic and Biomedical Data, among other projects in the fields of healthcare and new technologies. She joined the NALED team in October 2024.

Jovana completed her undergraduate studies and earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs. During her studies she was a president of the Student’s Parliament in 2020/21 and president of the Youth team initiative. Through informal education and active participation in the civil sector, she gained experience in regional cooperation and youth policy. Jovana was a student’s educator on youth projects concerning political system, democratic values and civil participation. She attended the summer school "Green transition and digital transformations" organized by the FEFA faculty and CEVES. She joined NALED in August 2021 as a Regulatory Reform Intern. She gained her three-year experience in regulatory reform while working on a projects supported by international donors such as GIZ, SIDA, EU, USAID. Currently holds the position of a Policy Specialist.

Jovana graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, majoring in international studies, and is currently pursuing a master's degree at the same faculty, in the Environmental Law sub-module. During her studies, she attended the legal clinic for Environmental Law (Jean Monnet Chair in European Environmental Law - supported by the OSCE and the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union) and did an internship at the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Also, she was an intern at the Office for European Integration in the Sector for Coordination of the Accession Process and Monitoring of the Stabilization and Association Agreement, and after her studies she did an internship at a law firm dealing with various areas of law, especially litigation. Jovana has been engaged in NALED since December 2021 as an intern for the ongoing activities of the Environmental Unit.

Emilija Ničić graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, with a degree in Social Policy and Social Work, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Law and Gender at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.She gained her professional experience in the civil sector through project management, with a particular focus on socially responsible projects, as well as public policy, mediation, and process facilitation. In addition to several years of engagement with the Human Rights Committee in Vranje, where she coordinated the SOS Corneg for girl program through its development and implementation, direct work with beneficiaries, and coordination of local activities, she further developed her experience through her work at the National Youth Council of Serbia, where she contributed to project implementation and collaboration with member organizations.She has been engaged in the work of several organizations and initiatives, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the World Youth Wave organization. She has further developed her knowledge through numerous trainings and programs, including the Women’s Civic Leadership Academy of the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the OSCE Dialogue Academy. She joined the NALED team in November 2023.

Lara Marković completed her undergraduate studies in International Relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Policy at the same institution. She completed internships at the Ministry of State Administration and Local Self-Government and at the Institute for International Politics and Economics, where she wrote a professional paper on environmental issues and organized and attended various conferences and events. Lara joined the NALED team in January 2024.

Anastasja Radošević graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences, majoring in International Relations, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Environmental Policy at the same faculty. Her thesis focuses on the regulation of GMO food legislation in the EU and Serbia. Throughout her studies and work experience, she has developed a strong interest in sustainable development and environmental protection, which is reflected in her participation in numerous conferences and workshops in this field. In her free time, she is improving her knowledge of the Japanese language. She joined the NALED team in May 2025.
