Bojana graduated in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy, University in Belgrade. During her studies she was awarded scholarship by the Republic of Serbia. Starting from 2007 she gained experience in human resources management in international companies in finance, FMCG and the IT sector. She started her career in UNIQA Insurance, a member of Austrian UNIQA Group, taking part in laying the foundation and establishing the function of HR development, being its manager from 2012 to 2015, continuing her career in Atlantic Group where she was in charge of human resources management within the strategic unit of the Distribution Group. She specialized in the field of talent attraction, assessment and development, the design and development of compensation and benefits plans, monitoring and improvement of employee performance and satisfaction, development and implementation of leadership programs and the overall strategic and operational HR management. She has been continuously building upon her formal education by following the global trends and tools in the field of HR development, and improving her managerial skills in numerous trainings and workshops. She is a licensed advisor with advanced education level in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy. She is a member of the Psychological Association of Serbia. She has been a part of NALED team since the beginning of 2018, building up the function of HR organization and development.
