The Public-Private Dialogue for Growth project supports the development of effective, sustainable cooperation and communication among the state, businesses and civil society.

Public private dialogue represents a true partner relationship among the public, private and civil sector, whose essence is two-way communication. This is a process involving communication among citizens, businesses and civil society organizations on one side, and the state, local governments, public enterprises and other institutions on the other, regarding the issues of public interest and primarily regarding the content of regulations and the manner of drafting them.
PPD has a variety of forms: public debates about draft regulations and bills, public hearings at the Parliament, participation of citizens' and businesses' representatives in the work of public institutions and bodies, informing the public about the considered or implemented reforms, providing comments, suggestions and opinions to public institutions, citizens' and businesses' opinion surveys about public policies and implementation of regulations, exchanging opinions at round tables and conferences.
