Training on “Microlearning and Employee Development Through Digital Resources” Conducted Within the CIPS Project

Enhanced digital capacities through the application of microlearning and modern digital resources for employee development were the key objectives of the training “Microlearning and Employee Development Through Digital Resources,” held within the Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project.

During the one-day program, startups, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and representatives of public institutions explored, through hands-on work, demonstrations of digital tools, and exchange of experiences, topics related to microlearning as a modern approach to employee development, the creation of short and targeted digital content, the application of video and mobile learning, as well as the role of digital resources in the continuous improvement of employees’ knowledge. A special focus was placed on a practical workshop during which participants developed their own micro-trainings tailored to the needs of their organizations.

The training was held on May 22, 2026, at the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad and was aimed at developing modern business skills through the application of approaches that enable faster, more flexible, and more efficient learning in a digital environment.

The Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project is implemented in cooperation with the Science and Technology Park Belgrade as the coordinator, together with partners NALED, the Science and Technology Park Novi Sad, the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, and Data Cloud Technology, as well as associated partners the Institute of Physics and the University of Belgrade – School of Electrical Engineering. The project is part of the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) network and is co-financed by the European Union.
