Violeta started building expertise in local economic and rural development and standardization, upon graduation in 1998, as an expert and team leader in USAID programs in Serbia and the region, through the design and implementation of complex development projects worth over 10 million dollars. As the first employee of NALED, and its Executive Director since July 2007, she was instrumental in growing an independent membership organization, which later grew into the largest public-private association focusing on building a favorable business environment in Serbia. She is a graduate philologist and gained further education in the field of economics and project management in specialized training and study programs in the United States and Europe. She is engaged as a motivational speaker and moderator at professional conferences around the topic of women's entrepreneurship and leadership in the country and abroad. She has gained international experience as a consultant in the field of certification and intellectual property protection. She is a member of the Regional Council as the umbrella body of the Network for a Favorable Business Environment, which brings together state institutions and sector organizations from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro to institutionalize mechanisms for cooperation and strengthening the competitiveness of the region. She actively contributes to the preservation of traditional heritage of Serbia and employment programs for women through the role of the founder and president of Ethno Network. 

Daniela Funke, since 2011, has been working on the development, support and evaluation of GIZ projects in the areas of administrative reform, anti-corruption, procurement and external control, worldwide. In 2016, Daniela became the Senior Refugee and Migration Coordinator for Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia. After many years of experience on various projects and topics, in April 2020, Daniela became the director of GIZ for Serbia.

After completing his education in Switzerland, England and Spain, Ivan returned to Serbia to transfer and apply the knowledge acquired abroad. He is the co-founder of Mokrin's house and until recently he ran this internationally awarded space for co-living located in rural Serbia. He is also a strong proponent of digital nomadism and is well acquainted with new trends in professional migration. As the director of the Circular Migration Program, his mission is to establish a link between the highly educated diaspora and Serbia. He has a degree in economics.

After its establishment in 2011, Predrag was appointed head of the Diaspora Group, which operates within the Department of Public Services of the City Administration of Smederevo. Together with his team, he is engaged in activities that develop cooperation with the diaspora in the fields of economy, education, health, science, culture and sports. Only in the previous year, the Group for the Diaspora of the City of Smederevo organized the first Conference of the Offices for the Diaspora of Serbia, and a donation from the organization Save Serbian Children from the USA was provided. During his mandate, the tourist offer of the city of Smederevo was also designed, as well as the municipalities of Smederevska Palanka, Velika Plana and Topola called "Roads of Karadjordj" and forwarded to clubs and organizations in the diaspora. He successfully advocated for establishing contacts with our citizens from abroad, as well as providing information on documentation within the competence of the Diaspora Group. He is currently engaged in other projects in this area.

Since 2013, Milica has been engaged as a coordinator and project leader on various GIZ projects. The first project she worked on was Triple Win, implemented based on the Agreement on the procedure, selection and mediation in the employment of medical staff concluded between the Federal Employment Service of the Federal Republic of Germany. After the successful implementation of this project, in 2016 Milica became the coordinator of the Migration and Diaspora project, which provides support to qualified returnees and our experts who live and work abroad.

Nikola is the executive director of the i-platform, office and online platform that coordinates, promotes and strengthens cooperation between individuals, companies, organizations and institutions motivated to realize ideas and projects that contribute to the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is an environmental engineer by profession and is a member of the cooperatives Radiesli (SoLaWi) and WBG Warmbächli (Neustart Schweiz).

George is a graduate economist in the field of finance and administration. He has many years of experience in the field of credit risk assessment, which he perfected working for a foreign bank and a national bank. In 2016, he became the Head of the Center for Investment Support and Public-Private Partnership in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, in which position he is currently engaged.
