The Property and Urbanism Alliance elects its presidency

At the election session of the Property and Urbanism Alliance, organized on 8 November 2018 in NALED, the members voted for the new members of the Alliance presidency.

Gojko Vrcelj, Head of Restructuring and Collection Department at Erste Bank was reelected the President, together with vice presidents Aleksandra Trešnjev, President of the Chamber of Public Enforcers and Branko Jakovljević, Chief of Cabinet of the Mayor of Sremska Mitrovica. In the next two years, the third vice-president position will  be held for the first time by Dejan Vuković, Founder of the Law Office “Vuković & Partners”.

The election session was an opportunity to present the semi-annual work report of the Alliance and the activities it has worked on in the previous half year, concerning the Law on the Real Estate Registration Procedure, the Law on Fees for the Use of Public Goods, the Company Law, the Law on Enforcement and Security, the Law on Bankruptcy, the Law on Public Procurement, etc.

The session also announced the adoption of the Guide for Real Estate Cadaster Registration.

The Property and Urbanism Alliance was established at the initiative of NALED members with the purpose of undertaking joint activities to further improve the system of issuing construction permits, the procedure for cadaster registration, protection of property and related rights and activities to harmonize business operations with amendments to the applicable regulations in the field of property and legal issues.
