The National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) - as part of the implementation of the "Cashless Initiative – Better Way" Project - announces:
PUBLIC CALL
FOR PROCUREMENT
OF THE SERVICE OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE BEST PRACTICES FOR ENCOURAGING AND DEVELOPING CASHLESS PAYMENTS IN OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND THE WORLD
An International Economic Expert will be engaged to develop a comparative analysis of the best practices for encouraging and developing cashless payments in other European countries and the world. The purpose of the analysis is to be applied in designing efficient solutions implementable in Serbia with the aim of further cashless payment improvements in the country. Details of the job description are provided in the document entitled “Terms of Reference - Senior International Expert no.1 - Economic Expert” (hereinafter: ToR), which is an integral part of the tender documentation.
All interested natural and legal entities meeting the criteria for the business entity selection defined in the Tender Documentation are entitled to submit bids.
The Bidders must submit appropriate evidence of the fulfillment of the criteria together with the bid, as set out in the Tender Documentation and ToR.
The evaluation of the submitted bids will be based on the price-quality ratio criterion as follows:

Bids must be produced in Serbian or English.
Bids shall be submitted in paper or electronic form - in one of the ways specified in the Tender Documentation.
Bids must be submitted by 19/08/2022 until 12:00, regardless of the submission method.
The public opening of the submitted bids will be carried out in the offices of NALED, in 30 Makedonska Str., Belgrade, straight after the expiration of the deadline for bid submission on 19/08/2022. All interested persons may attend the opening of bids.
The deadline for the contract award decision is 15 days from the date of opening the bids. The contract award decision will be delivered to all bidders at the same time.
The bid must be valid for at least 60 days from the day of public opening of bids.
The estimated value of the procurement is EUR 19,000.
