The project Providing support for the introduction of e-Inspector system focuses on the digitalization of inspections within the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, in the field of domain expertise and administrative support for introducing the e-Inspector.
Goals and activities
The project is aimed at supporting digital transformation of public administration in Serbia by improving the design, accessibility and the functioning of government e-services.
- Developing a list of attributes for supervised entities for each of the five inspections, with the aim of improving the developed Registrz of inspection subjects and objects in the e-Inspector system.
- Developing a model for improving the planning process in five inspections, based on risk assessment and long-term plan of inspection visits
- Developing mathematical model for risk management
- Estimating the requirements for data migration and preparation, with the aim of including five new inspections in the e-Inspector system
- Creating a specification for the development of new software functions
