As part of the Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project, the guide “Digital Transformation in Practice: A Guide to Implementation and Lessons Learned” has been published. It is intended for companies and institutions seeking to improve their operations through the application of modern digital solutions.
The publication was developed by collecting examples and exchanging experiences from organizations that have successfully launched or implemented digital transformation processes, with the aim of making the knowledge gained and lessons learned available to a wider audience.
The document presents concrete examples of organizations from Serbia and Europe that have improved efficiency, reduced costs, modernized processes, and developed new services through digitalization. The focus is on real-life experiences, implementation challenges, and solutions that have delivered measurable results.
The particular value of the guide lies in showing that successful digital transformation does not rely on one-size-fits-all solutions, but rather on carefully selected steps based on an organization’s actual needs. The analyzed examples confirm that the best results are achieved when technology is connected with people, processes, and clearly defined business objectives.
Regardless of the sector or size of the organization, the guide can serve as a practical tool for startups, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as public sector institutions planning their next steps in improving their operations.
The publication of the guide further confirms the importance of cooperation, knowledge exchange, and accessible expert support in the process of introducing digital solutions, while the CIPS network provides domestic organizations with reliable support on this journey.
The guide “Digital Transformation in Practice” is available here.
