RGA and NALED Open New Chapters of Cooperation in Service of Citizens and Businesses

Establishing a permanent dialogue with users of the Republic Geodetic Authority's (RGA) services through an advisory panel, strengthening cooperation with the academic community, and improving coordination with banks and the business sector were among the key topics discussed at a meeting between representatives of the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGA) and NALED.

The meeting was attended by Acting Director of the RGA Dalibor Babić and NALED Executive Director Violeta Jovanović.

In addition to discussing current topics such as the Home on Your Own Land Initiative ("Svoj na svome"), validation procedures, and the further enhancement of the RGA's electronic services, the participants also explored new areas for future cooperation.

They particularly recognized a shared vision for the RGA to further develop its services around the entire lifecycle of an investment project, from resolving property rights issues and forming construction parcels to the final registration of buildings and property rights in the cadastre.

The goal is for the RGA to move away from treating the various procedures associated with a single investment as isolated cases and instead view them as parts of an integrated process that should be managed from start to finish. This approach would provide citizens and businesses with faster, more predictable, and more efficient services.

The meeting confirmed the joint commitment of the RGA and NALED to work together on creating a more modern and efficient system, making services more accessible to citizens and businesses, and ensuring the availability of a greater number of digital services.
