TV Pink, Svitanje - Improved delivery of decisions from the Real Estate Cadaster

Amendments to the Law on Registration Procedure in the Real Estate and Utility Lines Cadaster adopted in February 2020 have improved the process of delivering registration decisions from the cadaster. From now on, the decisions will be delivered in three manners, one of them being electronic mail delivery. The amendments have also extended the period in which the applicants can take over the decision in the post office, in case a postman does not reach them in person. All issued decisions will be immediately published on the RGA website and the applicants will be able to search the documents with their case reference number. 

The novelties to the Law were presented by Đorđe Vukotić, Policy Consultant in NALED, in the morning show Svitanje on TV Pink.
