Study tour to France

From 16 to 19 September 2019, NALED organized a study visit to France, on the topics of administrative-judicial practice, inspection supervision and control. Alongside NALED, the visit involved the representatives of the Administrative Court, Administrative Inspectorate, Ombudsman, Assistant Ministers within the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government, Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Finance, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications and the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans' and Social Affairs.

During the visit, the participants met with representatives of the French Council of State, the General Administrative Inspectorate, the Ombudsman, the General Council for Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs within the Ministry of Agriculture and the Mission for Economic and Financial Control within the Ministry of Finance.

The study visit was organized with the support of the Norwegian Embassy in Serbia within the project Strengthening inspection, administrative and judicial supervision of inspection oversight in the Republic of Serbia, implemented by NALED in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government.
