More than 100 reports to the Contact center on the breach of preventive measures in 24 hours

Within its extraordinary session organized on 31 August, the Crisis Unit for the Protection of Public Health from COVID-19 appealed to citizens to report any breach of of the preventive measures, and in the following 24 hours more than 100 reports have been filed to the Contact Center for the national inspections.

The citizens mostly complain about a large number of people gathering in closed areas, non-compliance with the prescribed social distancing and not wearing protective equipment, which serves as the basis for line inspections to react.

Non-compliance with the protective measures may be reported through a comprehensive Contact Center for inspection, via the web portal inspektor.gov.rs or by phone at the number 011/63-50-322

The Contact Center was launched in March, due to the crisis caused by COVID-19, to enable citizens and businesses to report any irregularities monitored by all inspections.

The initiative for introducing a one-stop shop contact center was launched by NALED in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government and Office for IT and eGovernment, and with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which supports the inspection reform in Serbia within a two-year project.
