Open call for bids: Marketing and PR support for the project of municipal services improvement through ChatBot application

NALED invites interested agencies to submit bids for providing Marketing and PR support for the project „Improving municipal services in Serbia and BiH by introducing ChatBot application“ implemented with the aim to enable active and functional implementation of ChatBot in four local governments in Serbia and BiH, holders of BFC SEE certficate – Sombor, Šabac, Bijeljina, Laktaši, which would ensure more efficient, accessible, simple and faster municipal services for the citizens. the project is supported by develoPPP program of German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by GIZ, Business Friendly Environment Network in SEE (BFC SEE) and company SAGA.
