Call Center for Construction Permitting

Project implementation period: 5 June 2017 – 15 October 2017

The Call Center for Construction Permitting has been launched with the aim of preparing and providing oral and written answers to the received questions, with regards to the procedure or obtaining construction permits. Throughout the project, the officers maintained regular communication with the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure as the project partner, obtaining information and approvals of the Ministry regarding the proposed answers. Along with the regular operations of the Call Center, the project also involved the establishing of the website and its regular updating through all sections (Q&A, regulations, useful documents, news, statistics etc.).
