The NALED Alliance for Property and Investments held its first session of the year at the RATEL premises. Dragan Pejović, Director of RATEL, presented new regulations and ongoing activities in the electronic communications and postal services sector. He emphasized the importance of the adopted rulebooks related to the Electronic Communications Act, highlighting that numerous rulebooks have been adopted in the previous period, while several more are still in the drafting phase.
Marko Jović, President of the Alliance for Property and Investments, outlined key guidelines for improving the business environment in Serbia.
One of the key topics was the initiative for out-of-court dispute resolution, which was launched on January 1, 2025, in accordance with the Rulebook on the Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Procedure before the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services. Pejović also presented preparations for EXPO 2027, where up to 50,000 permits are expected to be issued for the event.
Finally, the 2024 Activity Report of the Alliance was adopted. The session concluded with constructive insights on further improving the business environment and regulatory procedures, with continued activities and the implementation of new initiatives expected in the coming months.
