Strengthening Digital Capacities through the Development of a Learning Culture

Enhanced digital capacities through the development of a culture of continuous learning and the application of modern e-learning tools, as prerequisites for competitiveness and sustainable growth, were the key objectives of the training “Learning Culture and E-learning Tools,” held within the framework of the Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project.

During the one-day program, startups, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, and representatives of public institutions explored topics such as building a learning culture in a digital environment, selecting and implementing e-learning platforms, the basics of digital training design, motivating employees for online learning, as well as digital mentorship and hybrid work models. Through interactive sessions, practical examples, and the exchange of experiences, participants gained hands-on insights. A special focus was placed on a practical workshop where participants developed mini e-learning plans tailored to the needs of their organizations.

Such activities contribute to strengthening the digital capacities of organizations and encourage the development of a sustainable learning culture in a modern business environment.

The Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project is implemented in cooperation with Naučno-tehnološki park Beograd as the coordinator, together with partners NALED, Naučno-tehnološki park Novi Sad, Fakultet tehničkih nauka Univerziteta u Novom Sadu, and Data Cloud Technology, as well as associated partners Institut za fiziku and Elektrotehnički fakultet Univerziteta u Beogradu. The project is part of the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) network and is co-funded by the European Union.
